A very nice experience at Romantik Hotel. The receptionist was nice, and all the furnishings were very clean. I enjoyed the room very much. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The only hot food I got was eggs; I was expecting some hot sausages.

Cold room, not well organized

The parking lot is small, so you need to go to the back to park, but it doesn't cost money. The front desk has a bad attitude. After I gave him my passport, he said he wanted to see the booking information. I showed him the confirmation letter, but he only opened one room. I said we gave two people's information at the beginning. He said he didn't know. So I looked at the booking confirmation letter and it was boring. The name and room number were clearly stated on it. The room was not bad. I stayed for a few days. I renewed the subscription directly from Trip.com every day. I told the front desk that I didn't need to change the room. The location distance is quite suitable.
