The hotel is good and a good value for money compared to the others. Very clean and everything works accordingly. The location is a bit remote but not a deal breaker….However, the hotel staff are definitely a deal breaker as they are very stingy and self-centered. I made a mistake and double-booked an extra room on the same day and pleaded with them to amend that, but they didn't….not only that, check-in is after 3 pm, but they start calling you at 11:30 a.m. the next day to check out and wants to squeeze more money out of you for as much as possible. The staff are low scum and I will never step foot in Wongheung again.

We loved our stay at the Urban-Est Hotel. Heading to the Waterbomb Festival for the weekend, the hotel’s convenient location, just 20 minutes away by taxi, was perfect for our plans. The surrounding area was nicer than we expected, with plenty of cool restaurants and little shops to explore. The 7-11 on the main floor connected to the hotel was an added convenience. The lobby was very nice, and everything was exceptionally clean and spacious, even the hallways.
We stayed in a family suite, which was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was spacious and luxurious, and the toilet had a bidet, adding to the comfort. While I prefer a softer bed and found the bed a bit firm, it didn’t detract much from our overall experience. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book the Urban-Est Hotel again.

This place was so amazing. It’s very spacious and functions like a two bedroom. The beds were big, clean and comfortable. I loved the view I’m the patio area which also has a bathtub in addition to the shower in the spacious, modern design bathroom. I like that the bathroom is separate from the toilet. The staff were extremely helpful too and can speak English.

This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the warm and bright environment and enthusiastic staff. The front desk check-in was very efficient, and they also recommended nearby food and attractions to me. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept until dawn. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were all high-quality brands, with great attention to detail. The breakfast was rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles, and the freshly made omelettes and pastries tasted great. The gym and swimming pool are fully equipped, and you can enjoy free fruit drinks in the rest area after exercise. When checking out, the staff took the initiative to help with the luggage, and the service was impeccable throughout the whole process. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I will definitely come again next time!
