The location is the best because it is right past the Goyang Terminal crosswalk.
It is a bit noisy on weekend nights because there is an entertainment district nearby.
Instead, the counter and cleaning service were clean and good.
The room was bigger than I thought and there was a bathtub, so it was comfortable to use.

The shop is not big, but it is very clean. The big brother at the front desk is very good. No change to Korean won, taxis can not swipe. At the front desk, the big brother helped to swipe the card and paid it to the driver. Also very close to Kintex.

Very satisfied with the fact that it is a youth hostel.
But a very small bug came out of bed and set up ㅠㅠ sleep.
It's probably coming into the insect net while ventilating.
There's a squat nearby.
There's an already 10 minutes walk away.
The location seems really ok.
Because of the characteristics of youth hostels, the public kitchen facilities are also good, so it is convenient to use microwave tableware.

JJ. KwokPros: This is the best choice if you are going Kintex.
Many restaurants, convenience stores around the hotel.
Many group tourists and it’s 10000% pet friendly.
Cons: not near to any metro. Need to walk around 15 mins to nearest metro.
But if you coming for business, you may want to stay here.

1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

KKonghyeWe loved our stay at the Urban-Est Hotel. Heading to the Waterbomb Festival for the weekend, the hotel’s convenient location, just 20 minutes away by taxi, was perfect for our plans. The surrounding area was nicer than we expected, with plenty of cool restaurants and little shops to explore. The 7-11 on the main floor connected to the hotel was an added convenience. The lobby was very nice, and everything was exceptionally clean and spacious, even the hallways.
We stayed in a family suite, which was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was spacious and luxurious, and the toilet had a bidet, adding to the comfort. While I prefer a softer bed and found the bed a bit firm, it didn’t detract much from our overall experience. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book the Urban-Est Hotel again.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located on the 8th floor of a building that is common in rural areas, and the rooms are spacious and new, with power cables for iPhones, mobile phone chargers, and Android devices, and clean bathrooms. There was an employee who could speak a little Japanese, and she was kind enough to keep my luggage with me even after I checked out. It's very convenient as it's right next to Fuba Station. There are drink stands, convenience stores, and fish set menus that are unique to Ilsan, so you won't have to worry about finding something to eat. However, the wifi is a little weak, but if only that area could be improved, it would be a perfect hotel.

AAnonymous UserThere was no one who could speak Japanese, but the receptionist was friendly. Maybe because it's a motel, I don't have much to do with people at the hotel, so I didn't have to worry about it. The room was clean and you can watch netflix. The window only opens a little and the view is not good even if it is opened. There were some restaurants and cafes nearby, so it would be fun to take a walk.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. There is a highway bus terminal near the center, a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so it is convenient to transfer buses to various places. Every floor of the hotel is dimly lit.

The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk.
Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change.
There are restaurants around the hotel, there are liveyong stores, there are seveneleven, fruit shops
