We arrived on October 22-23, 2022 for a day. The room was large and clean. The hotel is small, but everything you need is there. Animators lighters even at the end of the season. Enough entertainment. The food is normal. Turkish alcohol (better not to drink a lot))) good playground and mini disco. The only negative is the smoke from the kitchen in the evening. A large hotel, luxurious in the past, but now very tired and shabby looking! The choice of food is large, but not always everything is tasty, but in any case, you will not go hungry! Coffee and tea are just awful, of the lowest quality! Alcoholic cocktails are impossible to drink, the quality of alcohol and the look are very questionable! We tried to order a non-alcoholic Mojito, but today they do not have mint, tomorrow lemon, lime is a rarity! The hammam did not work (I suspected that they turn it on only after you pay for the massage), only a sauna. There was a kettle in the room, but in 10 days we were given only 1 time 2 bags of coffee, but there was always cream for it! Long wait for the elevator, humidity in the corridors of the hotel! The sea is excellent!!! The beach is cleaned! There are a lot of sun loungers, and people too! I had a feeling of overpaying for the hotel and for food / drinks! The price is clearly inflated!

In general, we are satisfied, the main valet services are a bit problematic, there are communication problems among themselves. I would also like to thank Mr. Ömer from customer relations, he is very caring and successful in his job.

The hotel is really great, the work is great, it is even more great that children are not allowed :)) Right by the sea, it is a great alternative to relax with the sound of the waves. We rested by the fireplace, drinking our nice drinks. All the employees were very polite and smiling.

Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location

We came to the hotel for 4 nights for the holiday. The size and facilities of the hotel are very nice, but my wife, who drank open beer on the first day, could not leave the room for 2 days and got sick. My son and I developed allergies because the pollen from the trees was not cleaned properly. We fixed it by warning the hotel, but our holiday was ruined. Thanks to us, it was good for many people. They did not serve open beer and the rooms and furniture were cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff was very good, they were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice but some of the elevators were remote and not working so we had to walk a lot.

A wonderful place to stay, the staff are great and professional starting from the front desk, gust relations, activity teams, catering and restaurants and ending with the room service. Everyone was handling our requests with pleasure and a smile on face. I will definitely recommend it and will definitely visit this property again.
