Magic Sun Hotel

I stayed at this hotel between 3- 11 November 2022. The hotel building is beautiful. This year, I stayed in 3 different 5-star hotels for 5+5+7 days until I came to this hotel. I wanted to close with this hotel. I can say that the lobby was nicer than the 5-star hotels I stayed in. (Not as a service) I can say that the reception service and the cleanliness of the rooms are adequate. I can't say anything bad about the food and drinks. For this price, this is all there is to it. But I would like to find coffee everywhere, anytime. But unfortunately, there was a deficiency in the lobby service in this regard. Service; Here is the whole problem; Unfortunately, the hotel management did not train or discipline the staff, especially those working in service and animation. The personnel were left unattended. These personnel; They are the types who, rather than doing their job, try to arrange especially Russian female tourists who come to the hotel, act as hostess at the tables of these guests, argue with other male guests about this issue, and even take things to the extreme. Personally, I was very disturbed by this situation. Guest; He cleans his table at the pool bar, and the staff on duty: Although this is his job, he is clearly engaged in arranging women at the tables of Russian female guests. This much is called pöh. You want to join the afternoon dart game; The animator replies that they have become friends with a foreign guest and we are playing for his cigarettes. I say I don't gamble and leave. He doesn't care at all, he continues playing with his cigarette. It is not clear which unit the hotel employees are from. They don't have uniforms indicating which department they are. Employees work in daily civilian clothes. The hotel hosts a passing inn, a luggage store next to the hotel, a market seller and a bathhouse shop all around the hotel. And especially the suitcase man has the habit of humiliating and belittling the Turkish guests, and making things worse with the guests he meets. Bath; It is not working properly, sauna is ok, massage rooms are mediocre. It fails in cleanliness and hygiene. Beach; The sun loungers are adequate and cushioned. Only water is available as a drink. It meets the need. In conclusion; The hotel is a nice hotel, but the staff is terrible. Education, education, education; control, control, control. If these are implemented, the hotel will be much better.
