nice family hotel, friendly staff, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, good food, lovely wooden decorations, lovely alpine village. The hotel arranges Pick-up in village. Receptionnist even arranged massages (which were excellent!)for my husband and I in very short time. All very recommendable!

My family and I had a great time at this hotel, the only one with a pool in Grachen. We enjoyed the pool every day after skiing along with the very well made spa facilities. The hotel is particularly well-located in the car-free part of the village. It is very quiet at night. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. The hotel is charming with cozy rooms and nice views. It is also very clean. A big thank you to the owner Olivier, who drove us in his electric van at 5:30 in the morning to the bus station. The staff had also prepared sandwiches for us the night before so that we would have something to eat on our return trip. This is client service at its highest level. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The views of the Swiss Alps are breathtaking, and the spa is pure luxury—perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, making us feel so welcome that we extended our stay. This was the second time I stayed in your hotel and I enjoyed it very much. The hotel is quiet and the view from my room is fabulous. The service is exceptionally friendly and one realises that everything is done to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I certainly recommend this hotel. Under the point 'Languages spoken' you might add: Dutch.

Excellent hotel in Grächen. The rooms are very nice and have all included which you need. The staff is very friendly and will help you on all your wishes and questions. Swimmingpool, jacuzzi and Spa can be used free of charge and is very nice to relax after a skiing day. The hotel offers as well free use of wooden sled or snow shoes. Try the special dinner called Tom Dooley.

Excellent hotel for long or shorter stays. Rooms are very nice and clean. All staff is very friendly and you can ask all questions. The hotel is as well offering a card (ask at reception) which can be used for the Gondel to Hannigalp or Jungen. The restaurant does serve excellent food. The Swimmingpool and the Jacuzzi are very nice for relaxing after a hike in the Grächer Mountains. You can as well use the Spa facilities to relax.
