Gradisca d＇Isonzo Hotels with Bars

I haven't been back to Italy for 3 years and unfortunately Hotel Franz, our hotel of choice, did not have the availability required. Hotel Trieste was a building site the previous time I saw it. Being a new hotel it has a lot of advantages having relatively fresh decoration and all of the facilities being new. We found our stay very comfortable. The staff were first class, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfasts. The parking was in a gated enclosure and not huge capacity - I could not use it one night but I was assured it was OK to park in the road to the front of the hotel. There is no dining capacity other than breakfast. Al Pellegrino was a good restaurant for evening meals a short walking distance. Not many restaurants within walking distance so I would suggest booking a table. Not much space outside but with the park next-door and the town square with a few bars across the road this is not a major issue. I will definitely consider using this hotel again
