Quiet location in the "garden city", yet super convenient with the local bus stop right there by the post office. Good Spar supermarket very close, as well as an ok restaurant. The beach is quite close, too. Hotel reception extremely friendly and helpful, this is a family business. Really good buffet breakfast, especially by italian standards. Spacious balcony. ACCESSIBLE bathroom, including the shower- extra points for that . Ramp at the entrance, elevator. Everything nice and clean. Great about lending you bikes for free for shorter periods; reasonable rates for longer ones. Normal household fridge in the room, no silly minibar. Aircon worked fine. The mattresses could be a bit softer, but they were good enough. On the whole a clear recommendation; just try not to book last minute during high season for more humane pricing.

Eines vorweg : ich kann nicht ganz die schlechten Bewertungen nachvollziehen aus mehreren Gründen ! 1. sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück 2. sehr sauber ! Zimmer mit Bad bestens , auch im restlichen Hotel alles wunderbar 3. preislich sehr sehr fair! ( ich würde sogar günstig sagen) Was es aber ist : das Interieur ist zum Teil älter und nicht dem heutigen Geschmack ( modern) entsprechend, ich würde schon einiges erneuern … Fahrräder! Stühle ! Besteck beim Frühstück! Möbel ( Kästen im Zimmer ) ! Buffet beim Frühstück in Ordnung - für 3 Tage okay , länger wird schwierig da wenig Auswahl …. Fazit : für diesen Preis mehr als in Ordnung ! Sauber aber alt , tolles Personal , manche Dinge gehören erneuert…

Io e mia moglie ci siamo fermati a Grado per 3 notti e abbiamo deciso di soggiornare presso l’hotel Bellavista il giorno stesso. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dal personale della reception, a colazione c’è tutto ciò che una persona possa desiderare e la camera matrimoniale era spaziosa e molto ben pulita con ricambio di asciugamani giornaliero.

Sono un professore di una scuola, siamo stati in gita a Trieste ed abbiamo alloggiato presso questo albergo di Grado. Ho viaggiato molto con la scuola anche all'estero e posso garantire che questo è stato a mani basse il migliore in cui io sia mai stato con un gruppo scolastico. Le camere spaziosissime, la pulizia, la cena molto abbondante (primo, secondo, contorno e dolce) e il personale super gentile. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità, ci tornerò sicuramente con la mia famiglia anche perché Grado è bellissima (anche d'inverno)

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel assieme alla mia famiglia. Colazione abbondante dolce e salata camere enormi e anche il balcone era molto grande. Staff e proprietari super disponibili a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Grazie mille per tutto. Consigliato a tutti.

le camere belle, la bellavista era un palazzo, la parte peggiore è il cibo. la colazione pressoché inesistente, non parliamo poi della cena, pasta scotta, pollo giallo con patatine e antibiotici, sugo di pomodoro acidificato e come ciliegina sulla torta polpette crude in un bagno d’olio. non posso scordare di menzionare il fetore presente nella mensa, i vestiti sembravano fritti nell’olio del mcdonald. per il resto ok, sconsiglio vivamente.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 12 al 15 Aprile, con un gruppo di studenti. L'albergo a conduzione familiare ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Camere pulite e spaziose. Cena abbondante e buona. La colazione buona, l'unica pecca è stata la macchina che erogava: caffè, cappuccino ecc... c' è sicuramente di meglio. I prorietari sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno dato consigli di natura logistica.

L'hotel e' un 3 stelle e la valutazione e' adeguata: stanza abbastanza grandi, con balcone, bagno pulito. Staff molto gentile, sia reception che la signora della colazione, ci hanno dato utili consigli. La colazione e' varia, sia dolce che salato e con alcuni dolci fatti da loro. La location e' comoda per la spiaggia ma lontano dal centro (20 min a piedi, hanno a disposizione delle biciclette), non c'e' il ristorante, ma nei dintorni ci sono dei locali Parcheggio gratuito in strada
