Exceptional service from the hotel staff - very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks to Cristina who patiently catered for every need. The sandy beach is a mere 2' walking distance away. Hotel is not city-central, located in a quiet area which makes it ideal for families. Definitely coming back here one day.

Amazig stuff, also the view, you Get bikes for 3 hours free, which is a huge benefit. There are lots of many places around. On the top floor you have a pool and a spa that you can use anytime also with a great view. Great breakfast, you can find there anything needed

Barely 4 stars - they need to staff up and enforce their rules- unless they want to cater exclusively to German families with unruly kids. Never again. They tried to accommodate us - I'll give them a B for effort.

In the quite part of the town, facing the laguna. Good breakfast. Solid building. I have booked more expensive room facing the harbour 250 EURO a night. In the reservation I have requested a room on a higher floor. I received a room on the 1st floor even if they are up to 6th floor. Cleaners do not restock some things such as tea, body lotion. There is lack of last touch.

I got the full body message from Frederica and it was incredibile. She was extremely kind and professional. She worked with intention and I left feeling more relaxed than I ever have in my life. She is an exceptional massage therapist. The facilities were beautiful, clean, and provided the most relaxing and comfortable ambiance. I cannot speak highly enough about my massage experience with Frederica at Laguna Palace.

I booked a junior suite. Breathtaking view of the lagoon. Beautiful and large room, all comforts. The breakfast is excellent, lots of choice and the quality of the dishes is excellent. The SPA is beautiful, the swimming pool is beautiful with the spectacular view of the lagoon. The only downside is that the swimming pool is not supervised so children dive in and, due to the short distance from the sunbeds, there is a risk of being washed whilst lying down. The floor is also soaked in water with a relative risk of slipping. In any case, the stay was excellent and the staff was very kind and competent.

For several years now, when we enjoy a weekend stay in Grado, we have been staying at the Laguna Palace Hotel. It is always great, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and now also equipped with a Nespresso machine. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of fresh fruit, cereals, sausage, various cheeses, vegetables and various sweet pastries. Only the ambience in the breakfast room (unfortunately no terrace) and the high noise level deduct a point in the rating, otherwise top level!

Two notes: 1) upon arrival and throughout our stay at the entrance and in the hall there was a heavy, unpleasant smell of sewage, which we asked about, but without too much consideration; we understood that the problem was outside, but everything should be done to avoid it, at least in the lobby; 2) water temperature in the pool not suitable for the period and the need for relaxation in the water, proposed in various points on the sides of the pool: shame we had to go out early.
