Very friendly reception, lovely outside area, very close to the beach and all the lovely restaurants, room was a bit disappointing, two single beside pushed together as double and very small. Breakfast was amazing such a great selection, very busy but very well managed.

We loved our stay at Hotel Diana!! The hotel is totally charming, and the owners and staff are gracious and helpful. The beds were comfy, the air conditioning is QUIET (! does that ever happen?!), the breakfast was the best we had on our bike tour. The location is fantastic, very quiet but minutes by foot from the shops, bars and restaurants. And Grado is lovely!

I had forgotten my expensive sports glasses there. An hour after I sent an email, I received a reply saying that a logistics company had been commissioned to send them to me. Everything was great. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent location.

As part of our Alpe Adria bike tour, this was our arrival hotel in Grado. We received a very warm welcome in German. Our room was on the 2nd floor, had 2 single beds, a balcony and well-functioning air conditioning. Basically, everything fits together in this hotel. The hotel's furnishings are harmonious but have a somewhat "plush charm":-). It is clean, but the rooms, especially the bathroom, are in urgent need of renovation. We stayed there for 3 nights and felt comfortable. Our bikes were well stored and the manager took great care of our possible activities. The breakfast is Italian but sufficient. We also had dinner at Diana on all 3 evenings, which is highly recommended.

I went to this hotel with a friend and expected something better. The rooms were not comfortable, the choice of decorations was very outdated and finally the dinner was decidedly terrible, the first was mediocre, the second was passable, but the dessert definitely disappointed me as it looked like it was taken from the supermarket.

Dieses Haus ist unsere liebste Unterkunft in Grado seit vielen Jahren! Hier ist immer alles perfekt, schöne, nette Zimmer, besonders sauber, sehr zentral gelegen. Das Frühstücksangebot läßt keine Wünsche offen. Personal und Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit!

Una bella sorpresa insieme ad un'ottima accoglienza appena arrivato. Con una telefonata d'aiuto precedente all'arrivo ho trovato personale gentile ed accogliente. La camera pulitissima. L'unica pecca il condizionatore che mi ha provocato torcicollo perché era difficile da regolare...o troppo caldo o eccessivo freddo, diretto al collo. Colazione discreta con strani panetti di Parmigiano di giorni prima, immangiabili. Caffè no. Invito a più cura alle posate, posate su una lastra di acciaio a contatto con le mani e la punta della stessa. Posizione ottima a pochi metri dal viale principale e il Parco delle Rose e la spiaggia. In pratica tutto vicinissimo e anche un po' più in la con il centro storico. Piccolo, elegantino ma assolutamente non 4 stelle per questo per due notti senza colazione si paga 165 Euro + due colazioni 195, impossibile per un 4 stelle.

Haus liegt im Zentrum von Grado und das Meer ist nah. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Abwicklung. Das Zimmer war von der Grösse her im Durchschnitt. Die Ausstattung ist von etwas früher, aber stilecht. Das Frühstück war echt sensationell (von allem, alles mehrfach) - was wir in Italien noch nie erlebt haben. Da lässt es sich schöne Ferien machen.
