We spent 5 nights here and loved every minute and everything about this place. Stayed in lodge 10, Gemsbok water lodge. The lodge is fabulous, everything you could need and a view to die for. Our game drive guide Philip was amazing, extremely knowledgable, caring about conservation, the wildlife and the customer experience. He made our stay. I cannot recommend this game reserve and Philip enough.

This is our 4th visit to Pumba Bush Lodge & yet again it did not disappoint. The staff are top class and our ranger Headman is now an old friend having first met him in 2008. His experience means that every day is an adventure. The accommodation is 5"+ but the waterhole facing chalets offer views of the visiting animals. Chalets A & B are our favourites. Make the time to visit ... you'll be hooked!

This place is simply breathtaking, Our whole experience was amazing from the wonderful staff, beautiful water lodge to our amazing ranger Sapho who ensured we saw all the favourites on our list. He never gave up and gave us quite simply the most exhilarating experience of our lives. Never did we think we would get so close to the animals. What a truly magical time- thank you all we will most definitely be back

The reserve and the drives were fabulous. The staff were mainly superb however the cleaning staff left a very sour taste to our stay. Not once but twice stole cash from our room and the room for our sister in law. The manager was informed after the first incident and it happened the following day as well. The amount taken was not huge to us but was a lot to the staff. Managerment were not very interested in sorting this out

Everything about this a dream. The staff are warm, welcoming, lovely and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous, the food is wonderful and the game drives were out of this world. Our ranger Cleo was so informative and knowledgeable and made sure we got the very best experience in our 3 nights at Pumba. We were lucky enough to see a lion chase whilst eating breakfast on the decking one morning, which was extra special. Thanks to everyone at Pumba for our stay - a honeymoon that we’ll never forget.
