Quartos confortáveis, café da manhã espetacular, ambiente aconchegante, colaboradores gentis, solícitos e atenciosos. Ambiente sereno e tranquilo! Colchões e travesseiros confortáveis. Excelentes dicas de viagem. Excelente oportunidade de estar em hotel, porém com todo aconchego de estar em uma casa!!!

Estadia espetacular, quartos amplos, bem organizados e atualizados. Café da manhã muito bom, aparenta ser tudo feito de forma caseira tornando especial. O atendimento desde a recepção até os demais funcionários é muito bom. Ambiente tranquilo para quem realmente que descansar.

Tudo foi maravilhoso, o atendimento de todo o pessoal desde os recepcionistas até as camareiras e as meninas do café da manhã. O quarto era fantástico, super confortável, cama grande, quentinho, chuveiro ótimo. É o café da manhã é a melhor parte, nossa amei esse café cheio de opções salgadas e doce. Muito obrigada por tudo com certeza voltaremos, abraços de Fernanda e Celio de Búzios.

Ótimo atendimento, boa recepção, quarto aconchegante e super limpo! Bem localizado. Bom custo beneficio. É difícil achar acomodações de suítes para Familia. A maioria dos hotéis sugere 2 apartamentos e nesse caso, atendeu bem nossas necessidades.

sem duvida uma lugar pra la de especial,cordialidade, cortesia e limpeza excepcional, atenção total dos funcionáriuos que te fazem parecer que o hotelé uma extenção da sua casa, além disso te dão otimas dicas, estãosempre preocupados com o seu bem estar,o hotelnão cobra ligações locais,internet, a calefação e otima,além do ar condicionado, as camas são novas, confortaveis, os lençois sempre limpos e perfumados, as camareiras arrumam seu quarto com primor e não pertubam o seu sono se vc ficar no quarto ate mais tarde,o café da manha muito bem servido e farto, eu e minha esposa estivemos no kaster de 18/5 a 24/5 e sem sombra de duvida alguma quando voltar a gramado ficarei la. um forte abraço ao josué, leonel e ednilson e ademir,pessoas que alem de tornar nossa estadia no hotel otima nos deram dicas valiosas para conhecer melhor a cidade e a região.minha avaliação nota 1000 com louvores.

Este hotel es muy agradable, tanto por las habitaciones como por el desayuno y principalmente por el personal que lo atiende. Todo el equipo es muy amable y simpático. Supieron que cumpliamos años de casados y nos hicieron un regalo especial. El hotel queda a unas 6 cuadras del centro, en una zona de restaurantes y es muy seguro caminar por ahi. Toda Gramado es un placer, la gente tiene muy buena onda y todo está super cuidado y limpio. Y hospedarse en el Kaster es perfecto! Lo recomiendo y volveré a este hotel cuando regrese a Gramado.

Hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, o Flat que fica na frente é muito aconchegante, tem capacidade para 5 pessoas, cozinha equipada, sala e 2 banheiros. Fica muito bem localizado na Av das Hortênsias onde encontra-se mais de 20 opções de restaurantes, um próx ao outro. Tem 2 mercados próximos (para quem fica no flat é excelente). Fica a + ou - 7min andando da rua coberta. Além da ótima estrutura física, todos os funcionários são muiiiiiiito prestativos e te atende sempre com bom humor!! Café da manhã farto.. Frutas, bolos, sucos, pães, folhados, iogurtes,.. etc...

O café da manhã é sensacional! Os quartos são confortáveis e há aquecedor no quarto e no banheiro (mas só é ativado se estiver abaixo de 12°). Também há uma pequena varanda, mas não era possível ter acesso. Há boas vagas na garagem. O atendimento é conforme esperado, mas poderiam ser mais simpáticos na recepção. Em frente, e nas quadras próximas, têm restaurantes. Para chegar ao centro, é necessário caminhar aproximadamente 10 minutos.
