The hotel is generally excellent. Three very positive points: incredible breakfast, 5-star hotel service (extremely attentive staff) and a very well-kept property, with wonderful green space. Very good hotel for those travelling with children, with a playground, playroom. We really enjoyed the contact with the farm animals. Room with comfortable bed and quality bedding. We stayed in an apartment and found it too small for a family. In addition, there is a lack of amenities, such as an electric kettle, essential for those travelling with children. The restaurant menu is also very limited.

We stayed at Bungalows Da Serra for two nights. We were here from the USA The grounds are so beautiful and the rooms and staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing! We highly recommend you stay at this hotel!!

Friends and I stayed for 2 days. We enjoyed our time in Gramado and Canela. It was nice to come back to the Bungalows for calm, rest and to visit the small farm. The food was wonderful and the staff was kind and helpful. Thank you making our short visit a true blessing. We plan to come back soon. ♥️ Visitors from USA

Fomos super bem recebidos, recepcionistas de todos os turnos até o Senhor da madrugada sempre nos ajudando e auxiliando.. local de extrema beleza natural.. que te leva paz e mtos animais q contemplam o cenário. Gratidão a todos funcionários e aos q cuidam desde lugar incrível. Somente minha gratidão!! Voltarei com certeza!

Experiência sensacional. Colecionamos ótimas memórias pra nossa filha de 2 anos. Ela alimentou os animais da fazendinha, brincou, correu com os patinhos na lagoa, se divertiu na sala de entretenimento. Além disso, ótimo espaço de quartos, limpeza, atenção de todos os colaboradores, recepção sempre pronta pra ajudar, lugar lindo, sem o barulho do centro da cidade, porém, muito próximo de tudo. O café da manhã então, espetacular. Todos os pratos q comemos estavam maravilhosos. Queijos fresquinhos, frutas fresquinhas. Com certeza voltaremos em breve e levaremos mais pessoas da família e amigos.

Recepção acolhedora, sempre diaposta a ajudar. Bangalô aconchegante, com tudo que se precisa. Silencioso e de manhã não deixa passar luminosidade, quando fechado, mas super arejado. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Extremamente limpo. Fácil acesso.
