The hotel is generally excellent. Three very positive points: incredible breakfast, 5-star hotel service (extremely attentive staff) and a very well-kept property, with wonderful green space. Very good hotel for those travelling with children, with a playground, playroom. We really enjoyed the contact with the farm animals. Room with comfortable bed and quality bedding. We stayed in an apartment and found it too small for a family. In addition, there is a lack of amenities, such as an electric kettle, essential for those travelling with children. The restaurant menu is also very limited.

Friends and I stayed for 2 days. We enjoyed our time in Gramado and Canela. It was nice to come back to the Bungalows for calm, rest and to visit the small farm. The food was wonderful and the staff was kind and helpful. Thank you making our short visit a true blessing. We plan to come back soon. ♥️ Visitors from USA

We stayed at Bungalows Da Serra for two nights. We were here from the USA The grounds are so beautiful and the rooms and staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing! We highly recommend you stay at this hotel!!

Fomos super bem recebidos, recepcionistas de todos os turnos até o Senhor da madrugada sempre nos ajudando e auxiliando.. local de extrema beleza natural.. que te leva paz e mtos animais q contemplam o cenário. Gratidão a todos funcionários e aos q cuidam desde lugar incrível. Somente minha gratidão!! Voltarei com certeza!

O espaço é lindo...jardim...piscina...Infelizmente, não tem serviço de quarto... A tv do quarto não estava funcionando... Pouca opção dentro do frigobar .E pouca variedade no café da manhã . Tem poucos funcionários... Deveriam dar mais assistência aos hóspedes .

O Hotel é excelente. Espaço aconchegante junto à natureza. Possui jardins lindos e muito bem cuidados. Os quartos são relativamente isolados, dando privacidade para os hóspedes. é possível estacionar perto dos quartos. O hotel é pet-friendly, e nosso pet gostou muito de passear pelos jardins. Café da manhã excelente. Recomendado

Vista linda, bem localizado, beleza natural espetacular, bom café da manhã. Alguns pontos para melhorar: banho fraco, quarto pequeno, não tem serviço de cozinha na parte da tarde/noite, queríamos gelo e não tinha disponível, sugerimos máquina de gelo. Televisão com imagem ruim, não tem smart TV. Ar condicionado sem mta potência. A piscina poderia ser aquecida. E ter mais bichos na fazendinha.
