Desde a recepção até o último momento fomos extremamente bem atendidos por todos os colaboradores. Sinceramente isso fez valer a viagem. Quarto muito bom, cama macia e ótimo chuveiro. O café da manhã é tipo colonial, muito bem servido. Estacionamento é gratuito. Eles liberam bicicletas caso você queira usar. Tem duas áreas externas muito gostosas com lareira, dá para ficar tomando vinho até tarde. Fica a 5minutos de carro do centro. Da para ir apé e se quiser ir de Uber fica na faixa de R$15,00.

Acomodação muito confortável. Cama e travesseiros ótimos! Funcionários super cordiais. Café da manhã delicioso. Banheiro e chuveiro excelentes. Quarto bastante espaçoso. Fica a 6 minutos de carro do Centro de Gramado. Achamos ótima a localização pois não tem tanto movimento, sendo um ótimo local para descanso.
