I had a great stay at Barceló Granada Congress. My room had a great view overlooking mountains.The hotel is very conveniently located near a metro station and also many other main bus routes. The city is mostly walkable so it's only about 20mins walk to the city center from the hotel. The room has been cleaned and tidied up every day. Most of the essentials amenities were also provided.

When I took a shower at night, I found that there was no hot water in the room. I called the front desk and the maintenance staff came twice, but they couldn't fix it. After that, we were left there for more than an hour without any success. Because it was already past 11 o'clock in the evening, I really wanted to rest, so I called the front desk.
