Central location with a few min walk to the Cathedral and an easy access to the Alhambra (15 min walk up). Staff are all nice and friendly. The room is clean with a comfy bed. Highly recommended.

A very comfortable place to stay near Al-Hambra. The hotel always clean and restock the drinks and amenities in our room. They have also TV cable.

The location of this hotel is great. I stayed in a single room. The room is really small. It doesn't matter as long as you sleep. And you have to be careful when taking a shower in the bathtub because it is very cramped. I fell twice and almost got hurt. The window in the picture is fake. I asked the hotel staff if there was a window in the photo, and they said there was a window, but it was a fake. It would be better if there were no windows in the picture of the single room, so there would be no confusion in providing information to customers requesting reservations.

It's pretty good, there's only one person at the front desk, it's very slow
The room is a bit old and you can hear the noise from the corridor
The hotel is in the city center, close to the bus station and convenient to the palace and bus station.
