Casa Vista Granby is renovated to cater to large groups with its 11 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, large wrap-around deck with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains! Casa Vista Granby is situated 1 mile to the base of Ski Granby Ranch! Our home features a large open living area upstairs with an open floor plan that shares the kitchen and dining area to accommodate your entire group. We have 2 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor steam room, and plenty of rooms to bring extended family and friends. The kitchen has a very large island with plenty of counter space for cooking and entertaining with all the tools to satisfy any chef. Outside you will find a grill that is plumbed to natural gas so you will always have access to fuel along with a gas fire pit for use year-round with a handicap accessible ramp. The 6 lower-level bedrooms have newly installed AC, and heat split units for precise temperatures, they also serve as a redundant heat source. The primary heating and hot water are provided by 2 boilers, so you are backed up in case of any issues with a boiler. There are 10 thermostats controlling various bedrooms and living areas to ensure everyone has their perfect temperature. We highly recommend all-wheel drive and snow tires in the winter to ensure easy access in and out of the driveway. We keep tire chains, and a tow strap on-site to help if you happen to need some help getting out. Our cleaning costs are usually around $600. If you take special care of our property we will credit any savings back to you.
