К номеру нареканий нет. В наличии небольшой чайник и холодильник. Шкаф с вешалка и и полками.
Из минусов-за 4 дня ни разу не вынесли мусор, пришлось выносить самим.

Gut gelegen, zentrale Lage nur wenige Fuß Minuten von der Bushaltestelle und Essensmöglichkeiten entfernt. Strand ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen allerdings für uns nur für den Sonnenuntergang zum Baden wegen den Algen nicht geeignet.
Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Frühstück variiert mit den Beilagen ansonsten 3erlei Auswahl an Eiern dazu Kaffee und Saft. Die Möglichkeit für den Pool rundet den Aufenthalt ab. Wir würden wiederkommen

While they have a small beautiful pool, their customer service is really wanting. It was messy, we were given the wrong room, told to wait but we still ended up in a room we did not reserve. The room had no soap, had to wait till evening for the boss to bring soap. The receptionist who still acted as the cleaner seemed clueless and tired. Despite all that, there was no remorse shown. There is no privacy as the rooms are facing each other. Breakfast was not so good. All in all, we survived the night over some very sweet pizza from a nearby pizza place.

Explanation
At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored.
Location wise, wasn’t the best for tourists. We were told that tourists usually stay in a more populated area with more restaurants on the other side of the island. We were there in June and there was no absolutely no beach to lie out on. Not sure if this was specific to our time, but we had to get a taxi to go to a beach to relax.
Also to note, the rooms are not at all soundproof and we could hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next to us. They were playing loud music untill midnight and started up again at 7am. Not really the hotels fault but just thought I’d note.
Overall, we still had a great time. Having breakfast included was a nice touch. Just wish we wore more centrally located to a beach that has sand.

We have stayed here 5 nights. The staff was helpful (organizing the transfer from the jetty to the hotel and the reservation to Georgete beach). The breakfast was fruits/eggs/toast & jam/ coffee/juice. The room was basic, with AC, but they did not provide shower gel or shampoo (just 2 very small soaps). There was a small fridge and TV. At the alley to the hotel there is the bus stop (61) that goes to/from Center of Praslin (you buy/charge the card at the shops). !!you cannot go by bus with large luggage (trolleys), you need to take taxis. Close to the hotel there is "The fish & grill restaurant" +2 small pizza places and that is all!! There are 2 small shops for basic things (fruits, water etc +bus card) and 1 ATM. Further away (+20min walking) there are other 2 places to eat.

We spent 9 nights at Plein Soleil and everything was excellent! The room and bathroom are large, very clean, everything in the room is new and very comfortable. The location is excellent, the bus station is very close, as well as the beach and the shops. At the same time, being on a side street, it is very quiet. What we especially liked was the professionalism and kindness of the staff, especially Mr. Harry (the manager of the location) - who is extremely kind and helped us whenever we asked for his support (and we asked a lot :). And if you go to Plein Soleil, don't forget to take a can of cats, for the most adorable little black panther that will make your stay even more pleasant :)!
