Location near the canyon was great. Food was good at the restaurant. Staff was polite.
Stayed in a room in the west section and it was pretty run down. Had an infestation of ants, carpet was stinky, had to call to get maid service and even then they didn’t clean very well. Building really needs updating.
If I were to visit Grand Canyon again, it would be a different resort.

Strange that you have to check in again on the 2nd day of your stay to be able to open your room door. Furthermore, it is a great location a stone's throw from the rim, with many facilities, helpful staff, and accommodation that is completely in style.

Others said that you must come and sleep here, so I believed it.
The view from the hotel upstairs is very beautiful... I mean very beautiful.
But the room is not good. When you open the window, you only see the parking lot.
I recommend going up to see the view, go eat, and then go sleep outside.
15,000 ++ per night. The view and the condition of the room are not worth the price.
