The good: The view is great. The pool is well kept and the grounds are beautiful. Plenty of parking. The unit is very large. The bad: If you are in the ground unit (#8) then you have two units above you. The floors are very thin and you hear every step the other guests take and their dogs. It honestly sounded like someone was bowling. There isn’t a good beach entrance to the ocean. The unit advertised a dishwasher, I guess it meant us because there was not one. The unit’s refurbishment is more like a very cheap flip.

We booked a room at the Turtle Inn at the last minute so they put us at Moon Bay. We were just 2 people and the Condo 8 had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - more than enough space to move around. The location is ideal. Easy trip to 7Mile or the East Side and even Rum point. The island definitely took a hit from the pandemic. It seemed like every other home was up for sale and Rum Point was not open - glad we didn't book there. Definitely eat at the Czech in right down the street - super yummy!
