The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, ample space, a flat screen TV and a modernized bathroom that boasts granite countertops, new cabinetry and updated flooring. The second bedroom also includes a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom, which has been similarly updated with granite countertops, new cabinetry and flooring.

Building 20 is situated at the upper end of the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac on the property, within a brief walking distance to the Clubhouse and just a few steps from the complimentary town shuttle stop.

The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.

Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
