Shower wouldn't shut off, a spider the size of a silver dollar was in my room, and there was a 2 inch open gap umder my door. I could take a picture of the room with my camera. This place has really gone downhill.

It’s been a while, but had a wonderful time in GR. Nice location for sure. Fabulous weekend brunch; the sorbet mimosa was so yummy! Would def come back.

First time staying here and we were impressed. The room was clean and recently updated. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We are definitely going to stay here again next Tim we are in GR.

Our parking wasn’t the best experience. I wish we were told to keep our room key so that we could get out of the parking garage. We had to pay through the hotel for overnight parking, and pay again leaving the parking garage. We’re trying to get that settled.

Great location. Close to many restaurants. Beautiful view. Staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Very much impressed by all the valet workers. All of them went above and beyond and were as pleasant as could be. Thank you for a nice stay.
