Very pleased with this hotel. Warm welcome. Clean ,quiet ground floor room with easy access to outside. Green policy to only clean room if requested. We will use this hotel again and appreciated the price through e trip.com

Very old and tired hotel first room had chunks peeling off the walls
Asked to move and second room wifi didn’t work in room
Wouldn’t be moved again when you could see rooms were free. Staff were pretty rough looking.

When we arrived at the hotel our booking resulted cancelled, but luckily the issue was fixed and we got a room.
The room is quiet, bed comfortable, but the bathroom would require some refurbishment and styling.

Enjoyed my stay. Was disappointed that even with an elevator you still need to negotiate some stairs with luggage. The beds were a little uncomfortable. It is a beautiful location and the food was absolutely fabulous probably the best I had in Scotland. I would recommend this hotel just be conscious that you will still have some stairs to negotiate with luggage.
