This is s gem of a hotel. Immaculately clean, beautiful pool, the best hotel breakfast we have enjoyed for a long time, friendly staff, small and quiet. Just a short walk to the beautiful little town with plenty of bars and restaurants and access to the boats that open up Lake Como. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful few days.

Spent a couple of nights here. Well off the main road and down by the shore of the lake with good parking and fantastic views. Lovely staff run the hotel and go above and beyond to help you enjoy the hotel or local area. We had a fantastic room at one end of the buildings overlooking the lake and associated mountains. Outdoor pool is a little cool but that’s not a complaint. Breakfast was first class with a huge selection on offer. For lunch we easily walked into town by the lake and had fantastic Pizza for €4.60 plus a glass of wine also for €4.50. Incredibly cheap but excellent quality.

This is a great hotel with a B & B vibe. Rooms were nice and quiet. Food was very good. Breakfast was tasty. What makes this place a 5 star hotel are the staff and their meringue ice cream cake (meringa, sp). One of the best desserts I have ever had. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area again

New hotel build in 2018, nice rooms and large bathrooms. View to the lake with a walking path to the next city overlooking the lake. Beautiful swimming pool in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast! Service minded staff always with a smile. Rooms on ground floor in the wing has a lake view but limited compare to rooms facing the lake directly. The city Gravedona has very little selection of restaurants and the hotel has no dinner nor lunch possibilities only smaller dishes until 19.30.

the staff are supper helpful, kind and with high level of service orientation. rooms are convinient, clean and comfortable. breakfast was good and the weak wifi was an advantage..... less screen time and more view time at lake Como and the surrounding.. it is a pity that they don't have a real option for dinner since the nearby alternatives are limited. worthwhile to stay here!

We have just come back from an amazing holiday at Tullio Hotel. The hotel exceeded all our expectations; it was really well maintained, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were lovely, the family room on the ground floor was fabulous… the list goes on! Our girls loved the swimming pool so much they went swimming several times a day even though it wasn’t heated. We will definitely be back!

We found out about this place through a friend of a friend. This is now our perfect little find. We previously stayed at Cernobbio, however we would come back to this hotel. The location is perfect on the lake and without the price tag of other hotels right on the lake. They offer breakfast. We had a room overlooking the large balcony and and the lake and we had a table and chairs to watch the views. The restaurant was fine and drinks very affordable. The staff are great and the rooms are modest but very clean and comfortable. There is a spa there however we didn’t get a chance to use it. There are bicycles to use to ride along the lake and there is ample car parking, which can be an issue around Lake Como.
