Great hotel just 4 minutes from main train station in Graz.
Brand new, very comfy stylish room, great size and amazing bed.
Very nice gym with the view.
Unfortunately we had dirty cups in the room during checking.
Ladies at reception desk are the most helpful and friendly

Only suited for people with small luggage. We had 2 suitcases and it was basically impossible to conveniently handle and open even one large suitcase in our hotel room.
We had no housekeeping after our first night. I don't know if this is normal or not.
Our courtyard room was quiet but a bit dark. Staff was nice.
After all, we weren't sad about leaving this hotel after two nights.

The hotel was located very close to the main railway station., just about 5 minutes walk away. The hotel looked very new and most facilities looked like new. Nevertheless the standard room assigned to me was quite small.

Pros:
Good location, no more than 20 minutes' walk to the main attractions.
The hotel is new and clean.
Good breakfasts.
There is parking for an extra fee.
Cons:
There is no drinking water or slippers in the rooms, which, in my opinion, is unacceptable for this chain.
Uncomfortable pillows and mattresses, but this is possible individually.
Parking is 24€, more expensive than in Vienna.
