This is a hotel located in the Great Falls City District. The hardware facilities are very standardized, the sanitation is good, the parking is convenient, the surrounding commercial facilities are very close, the reception staff is warm, very suitable for living during the travel process, the price is high, it is recommended.

Great friendly service, clean well-kept facility. Room was very nice. The pool was great for the teens! Close to everything in Great Falls. Showdown ski resort was an hour away. Also took a day trip to Glacier National park. Great place to stay while visiting my son at Malmstrom AFB.

My Husband and I really enjoyed are stay. The Rooms are very clean and the front desk are so friendly. Bailey at the front is so awesome. She went above and beyond to help us fix are reservation and also brought us a fridge cause the we had in the room went out. 💯 ... Also MJ is very friendly and very helpful. Always smiling.

Great Falls Inn is a terrific value. The property is spotless as are the rooms. It’s located adjacent to a major regional hospital and somewhat off the main traffic corridor for so it’s quiet; there is no street noise. The building itself is not a flimsy, creaky wooden frame structure, it’s solid and the rooms have good sound deadening walls. Because of its structure and the quality of the building I thought it may have formerly been part of the medical complex but it wasn’t. There is no restaurant or bar so you have no loud gatherings in or near the lobby or the rooms. If Yalu want a quiet place to get som rest and sleep, it’s a perfect place.

Hotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice. The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left.
