This is a real gem - we felt spoilt from the moment we got there. With warm hospitality from delightful staff in the most comfortable and stylish surroundings.Everyone was extremely helpful, making our visit a wonderful experience. This was further enhanced by our evening meal - the food was truly amazing. Chris and his team are able to create exquisite flavour to delight the tongue and a beautiful presentation to delight the eye. Timing and portion size are judged tp perfection. It is also excellent value for food of this standard. We are looking forward to being able to visit again soon

Average bed and breakfast Hotel clean, gardens beautiful, staff are helpful overall but we felt rushed in and out of dinner which does not make it a restful experience. I had planned a getaway special treat for my friends birthday but was disappointed. Such a lovely location which we love but will stay elsewhere in future..

We only stayed for one night for a birthday treat. Such a splendid place, our room had a four poster bed that was really comfortable. The room was well set out with great views from the windows. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was nice and quiet and the curtains so thick that at night it was pitch black. We had a very nice breakfast before our departure the next day. Also of note are the wonderful grounds the hotel sits in. It was so nice to sit in such a quiet place and listen to the birds singing. Would highly recommend and we're almost certainly coming back!

Superb food and service Thank you. Exceeded our expectations the food was fantastically cooked and presented and was served by friendly and efficient staff. I think the portion size was perfect and the quality and care in food preparation was appreciated. Next time we are in the beautiful Malvern hills area we will return. Our table in the bar was appreciated it felt very close to a private dining experience at a sensible price. Thank you once again delicious

This afternoon we came to the Cotford for afternoon tea as a surprise for a family member. What a fabulous tea we had. Scrumptious cakes and sandwiches. The service was excellent. Setting marvellous and so relaxed. Would highly recommend.

We booked this as a last minute get away! So glad we did..it was just lovely! A beautiful Victorian building with stunning gardens & a welcome with a smile! Our room was once part of the Bishop of Worcesters Library, with a high beamed ceiling & was tastefully decorated. Everything was provided for,which made a very comfortable stay. The staff were so attentive & friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Thankyou! We will be back!

Had a lovely 2 night stay here with wonderful food. The staff, especially Ellie, were very welcoming and friendly. The owners, Chris (also the chef) and Barbara, always making sure we were well looked after and happy with everything. The hotel is set in a lovely garden and is an easy walk into town. Our room was tastefully decorated and well serviced although the bathroom was compact. We would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful stay at The Cotford Hotel and its restaurant L’amuse bouche. The reviews raved about how good it was and they were right. It’s a beautiful Gothic Victorian house, maintained to a high standard. We stayed in the Bishop’s room which has magnificent views and a four poster bed. The whole place is so clean, indeed I have never stayed anywhere so spotlessly clean! The staff are incredibly friendly. The ambience is so relaxing. The food is excellent, so good we returned for Sunday lunch. It’s a wonderful place to stay!
