Premier Inn Great Yarmouth (Seafront)

Check in was very easy. Room was ok. Starting to look very tired. Pillows were awful. Noise from the room above ( sounded like children running around the room). Have stayed many times in premier inn, and this was by far the worse breakfast we've ever had. Layout is very disorganised and doesnt flow. Food was cold. Definitely not worth £10.99 each!

Sea Fronted premier inn next to pleasure beach Gt Yarmouth literally on the seas front Had a family room and it was as you’d expect but with a wonderful view of the north Norfolk seaside (rm 210) Rooms clean decent wifi (including a second paid option) had an issue with the tv but it was cleared up within 24 hours very satisfactory The staff here were superb - an obvious lack of staff was covered up here by the teams effort and willing ness to help (Sara/Sarah) on check in was brilliant - plenty of easy parking maybe a small number of disabled slots The food is a beefeater and is okay and convenient but obviously the Premier inn Buffet breakfast is excellent as you’d sorta expect - the chefs again v personable and helpful Overall despite a couple of teething problems a lovely visit - highly recommended and we will use again 👍 ty

Great customer service, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is very good but could do with a few more options. The room is very clean and nice. Wi-fi is good if you book the premier plus but poor if you don’t. Lots of parking, near to the pubs, beach and amusements.

We stayed here over the Xmas period, we travel there about 4 times a year to see family. We booked room, breakfast and evening meal at an extremely budget friendly cost, the room was spotless, the shower worked, the breakfast had multiple choices and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Ample free parking at the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night whilst in Norfolk. I’ve stayed here numerous times and always had a great experience. I booked 2 premier plus rooms and got a great deal. Check in was ok, not as friendly as in the past but it was ok. The rooms were superb. Plenty of space, a great view of the sand dunes, beach and sea. Clean with lots of nice extras. These have to be some of the best premier inn rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The downside of the stay was the breakfast the next morning. We went into the beefeater for breakfast. We were seated quickly but that’s about as good as it got. We went up for juice and toast. The apple juice was empty, the orange juice was mixed with grapefruit which meant my mum couldn’t have it. We could have bought orange juice from the bar but when you’re paying £10.99 each for breakfast, you’d think orange juice would be included. The toaster cremated the first piece of bread and barely warmed the second piece. The server came to take our cooked breakfast. We didn’t go mad and my mum only wanted a few rashers of bacon and 2 fried eggs. I just ordered a few rashers of bacon, a few sausage and beans. It came quickly but only had 1 rasher of bacon and 1 egg on one and 3 sausage and a tiny amount of beans on the other. You could count the number of beans with your fingers. We mentioned to the server that there were items missing. They apologised and said the chef had made a mistake and they would sort it. 25 minutes later and the server brought a plate with one rasher of bacon (and this looked anaemic). I asked if the other items were coming soon and the server said they’d go and sort it. To this day, We are still waiting for the remaining parts of the breakfast to arrive! I decided to have a yogurt, no yogurts, no fruit, no milk for the cereal. We decided to leave. On paying the bill we mentioned the missing items to the server (who was at the till). Nothing. £21.98 for what we received was daylight robbery. The hotel gets 5 out of 5. The beefeater doesn’t even get 1 out of 5. I’m sure you could find a cafe that serves more and better food than this place.

This is the 2nd time we have visited the Premier Inn in the Great Yarmouth waterfront. The rooms are clean and tidy with a Nespresso coffee machine, extra pillows, that gorgeous soft mattress and a sea view. Breakfast in the morning was a full English and lovely. We did a pay-in-advance for our evening meal, my burger was lovely and my wife paid a few pounds extra for steak. They got the steak cooking perfectly as requested at medium rare. You either get a starter and a main or a main with a dessert and I would say that works out to be about 33% off the price of a meal for two. Bargain. We got free parking while we were there so and added bonus. We also won a 50% off voucher for a meal for two which we are going to use when we go back later in the month.
