A change in the ferry schedule left us looking for somewhere to stay. With only one star the fact that this hotel is only twenty five minutes from the port, had free parking and breakfast included swung it for us. It is situated in a lovely picturesque village. On arrival it was easy to park and Eva the receptionist, who show us to our room spoke English well. We chose one of their best rooms, 400 .it was all brand new and sparkly, It had a terrace looking towards the mountain! The breakfast was adequate and the attached restaurant had an in-expensive "menu del dia". There are about 20 underground parking spaces and another 20 in the parking area. There are buses into Bilbao every hour. This hotel exceeded our expectations by miles. There are lovely walks, we walked 5 k around the nearby lake.

The hotel by taxi is very close to everything. The staff are very nice, excellent. In the rooms, the heating device was a little regular. The power went out for a moment. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was varied. In general it was very good. Parking, that is important.

Pretty average for the price!! Breakfast quite fair! Dirty room...with stains on the floor and cobwebs! The cleaning staff making noise from the first thing in the morning! Yes...very quiet area

It is in a very nice place in the countryside, but very far from the center of Bilbao. If you don't have a car, it's impossible to get there. The restaurant area was poorly attended by a single girl and most of the dirty tables we had to clean ours.

Good hotel located near Bilbao but in the middle of the mountains. Total change of scenery. The rooms are quite ok and so is the breakfast. Too bad we couldn't try the restaurant next door (because of the wedding). Very pleasant reception and catering (breakfast) staff.

We decided to spend the weekend in this hotel and the truth is that the location was in a very quiet area, the best thing was the views of the river and the girl at the reception who was very nice and attentive and the worst thing was the hot water from The shower did not work well and when we made the room they turned off the heating and when we arrived at night the room was freezing.

The welcome is not the warmest, the rooms are a little dated but are very clean and comfortable. Located along a river in a green setting, it takes less than 10 minutes to arrive in Bilbao.

Very friendly staff. An all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet that many others would like since it has both sweet 🥐 and salad and freshly squeezed orange juice. New rooms, large bathrooms, everything very clean. I don't give it a 5* because they told us that they were going to put 1 1.5 bed so we could sleep with the little one in the middle and then there were 2 together, which made us sleep cramped in one of them.
