Close to Surrey and Highway 1, it is very convenient to go to the city, the north shore and the US border, provided you have to drive. And Vancouver's expensive and outrageous hotel prices are cheaper than cheap and cost-effective, much cheaper than downtown and Richmond hotels. The room is clean and quiet, and there are supermarkets and shopping malls around.

Good services, clean and tidy room, excellent location, but poor facilities.
The fridge produce heavy noise every 5 minutes so I have to power it off to guarantee to fall asleep, the thin wall can't prevent noise of ventilation fan in neighboring wash room, I can even feel my bed is shaking, thank god they finally turned it off before 0:00.
I just want to be fair in reviews, hoping they do some improvement since it is really lovely hotel with good location.

Good location for taking the train
The water is good like hot spring water.
But I still hear the sound of the subway.
It's a bit far from the tourist spots, but it's a location that you can arrive in 10 seconds when you come out of Columbia Station on the Expo Line.
Subway is right next to it, so you can easily solve a meal,
You can buy coffee and cup noodles at the convenience store at the station entrance
They sell kimchi bowl noodles, but it's not a Korean taste, but it tastes similar and it's amazing that hot water is provided.
Cleanliness is average
If you keep listening to the sound of the subway, you can feel it as the sound of the wind.

I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet….
I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊
Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻
I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉

Location is really good. The hotel is just within a 10-minute walk from Gateway station. Besides, there’s a supermarket and several cafeterias nearby. The front desk and staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cozy and super clean. Breakfast is standard continental breakfast.
The drawbacks are that there’s no bottled water and slippers in the rooms, and that the hotel is very close to the road. Noise from outside may be disturbing in some rooms.
Overall experience is pretty good. Decent 4 out of 5.

GGuest UserWe booked this as it was close the Vancouver airport- the shuttle was fully booked for our time so the hotel arranged a Taxi with any thought and a no cost to us .. service above and beyond . Good room light and clean lovely bathroom etc. Breakfast included was excellent. The only problem we realised when we got to Vancouver international we should have been at Abbotsford .. an hour &half away ..

SShelleywowThe SureStay was a great hotel! I only stayed one night, but definitely would come back as the service was exceptional. From shuttle driver to front desk, all employees were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was also enough to start your day.
The location of the hotel was why I picked it, as Minoru Park was directly behind it. I had a lovely and secure walk about. Open spaces, huge trees and wildlife (ducks and rabbits) made the visit interesting.
The front desk recommended a very nice restaurant right across the street from the hotel for dinner. It had a nice atmosphere and Happy Hour prices gave an inexpensive meal for the evening.

RRickThe stay was great. Harjot, at the front desk, was always very polite, friendly and accommodating during our stay. Always a great smile coming from this young lady. The hotel had easy access to our room and was quiet. The food was very good. Marlene in the dining area kept everything very clean and organized. She was very friendly, polite and cheerful. Loved her personality. Than you for a very pleasant stay Best Western.

JJunococoFirst of all, it was very clean. The cleaning staff cleaned the room carefully. The floors and hallways were sparkling. The futon was fluffy. The lockers were under the bed, so it was a little difficult to use. The refrigerator in the kitchen was well managed. In addition to the refrigerator, there was also a mini locker, which was convenient for storing small foods. There was also a washing machine. The shower outlet was a fixed type. I stayed for a week, and sometimes the sound from the club below was so loud that I couldn't eat on the sofa space next to the kitchen. My room was on the third floor, away from the club, so I had no trouble sleeping, but I feel sorry for the people in the rooms nearby on the second floor. The volume of the sound varies depending on the DJ of the day, but on loud days, the bass was so loud that it made me lose my appetite and the vibrations pushing up from below were extremely unpleasant. It wasn't like that every day, but if that hadn't happened, there was a supermarket and an ATM nearby, so it was very nice.

GGuest UserAlmost wasn't able to stay, even after getting off a flight from Australia late at night all because they needed the physical credit card for the deposit.
The front desk receptionist wasnt trying to be helpful, even though I was clearly distressed, and had more of a ”sucks to be you” attitude. Even if it's a ******** policy that a worker has to follow, considerate people will still at least pretend to look around at other options to show that they're concerned for you and putting in an effort.
Having worked front desk at hotels before, I know that credit card info can be manually entered, and I had various forms of ID along with the photo of my credit card (I have been living in Australia and had a new card issued but I haven't been able to retrieve it from my address in Canada yet).
I ended up being able to just use my Australian debit card, but this was still frustrating as I now have additional fees

SShaneThe walls were thin, and the planes were loud, but overall, it was a nice place to stay. There were many restaurants and it was close to the airport, which we wanted. The staff were also nice and we had no major problems.

RRV888It looks a bit filthy. First, the lady placed me into a room on the first floor… and you could see rats around the hotel at night. It’s not worth the price you pay because it looks a bit outdated and woken off. The pillows are not new, carpets require some cleaning. It’s ok for a short stay, but I m not sure if I ll consider staying there again.

GGuest UserFacilities: Older. The sound insulation is not good, the room given is close to the road, and the car is loud. The toilet is not easy to close after flushing. The big bed collapsed slightly in the middle.
