Amazing! From the minute I exited my Uber upon arrival to the minute I left I felt the royal treatment. Everyone was super friendly and I could not fault anything. The L’Occitane amenities (may favourite) made me smile!

New hotel located at Bridgeport Road, Richmond. 10 minute drive from Vancouver airport which is extremely convenient. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Interior is clean and neat. My wife’s birthday and we got upgraded to a corner king bed suite for free. They are using Sealy mattress which is very comfortable and the pillows are very good as well. Not many hotels are providing Dyson hairdryer and have a bath tub which is quite new. Overall, the stay for the 10 nights are very comfortable and I highly recommend your stay in this hotel. Got a nice view from the room.

This hotel is best for cruise travel, because it is the nearest place for departure and arrival in Vancouver.Not only for cruise travel, but also the downtown and commerical area in Vancouver. The travel places which include Stanley Park ,conventional centre and gas town. The skytrain is just on the side of the hotel, you can use the sky train the other regions of Vancouver. I lived 4 nights there with my wife, they cannot provide free parking space for their guest. So that you cannot ask your friend come to visit you in the hotel. The view is the best from your hotel room. I can see the crusies in and out of the harbour and also see the seaplanes flying on the sky and landing on the sea bay. The charge for seaplane of the Vancouver city tour is 199 for each single person,but just half an hour. This hotel can provde you gym facilities and swimming pool. I recommend you to first time in Vancouver on this hotel.

The hotel has a five-star style, and the rooms are very nice and have a terrace. The hotel facilities are clean and fresh. The hotel's breakfast is available on request. The food is good and worth trying. 

We booked this hotel to stay in the city for our wedding weekend. We travel a lot and this was one of the best suites we have ever stayed in. There is a tonne of attention to detail and quite luxury everywhere ( Nespresso coffee maker, Dyson hair dryer, Smart TVs). The place was also immaculately clean. Can't wait to stay there again!

Overall, although the area is not large, it is still quite comfortable to live in. The bathroom is a little small, and it looks not well maintained. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained. When you come to the lobby, one door faces the street and the other door faces the interior of the hotel. The first floor is mostly rented to luxury brands, which is equivalent to stepping into the lobby and visiting many luxury stores. When you get tired of shopping, turn around and go out to the street, which is the center of Vancouver. There are countless high-end brand stores within a radius of 50 meters, and you can't finish shopping. Whether it is the heritage of historical buildings or the geographical location, it is unique. When I first placed an order, the room price was 3,500 per night, but when I was about to leave for Vancouver, I looked at the price and it dropped to 2,500. Fortunately, I chose to delay payment, and I checked out immediately and placed a new order. The original total room rate of more than 7,000 yuan ended up costing more than 5,000 yuan, saving a lot of money. You know, five-star hotels in Vancouver are very expensive, basically starting at 3,000 or 4,000 yuan, but this one can be bought for 2,500 yuan, which is very cost-effective. Secondly, the hotel management is very good. We arrived at the hotel before 10 o'clock in the morning. In theory, we couldn't check in yet, and we were ready to go out after storing our luggage. I booked a double bed but when I got to the hotel, the front desk told me that I booked a single bed. I contacted Ctrip customer service and they said there might be a problem with the middleman. I refunded some money, but I won't book overseas hotels on Ctrip anymore because it affects my schedule and mood. Although the front desk kindly gave me a small folding bed, it was too uncomfortable for a family of four to sleep on. Nice hotel with beautiful location and scenery

We book this hotel include breakfast, in front dest, the lady said, you have breakfast include, but have to use in room delivery service. Then we did order, but when I check email, they charge us full price!

Super nice hotel, new and big, in the city center, meets the five-star standard, there are Chinese-speaking service staff at the front desk, there is no refrigerator in the room, and there is a free ice machine in the corridor, if you need iced drinks, go get the ice yourself Good, the bed is big, the bedding is comfortable, and it is cleaned and tidy every day. Don’t forget to leave a tip of $5 next to the pillow~ There are supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. Don’t worry about homeless people. Homeless people are only 2 kilometers away activities in that area. Overall recommendation, perfect~

The room facilities are complete, toiletries are sufficient, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, and I especially want to praise the luggage boy for his thoughtful help when I checked out. In short, I was very satisfied with staying at Shangri-La during my trip to Vancouver.
