The hotel is in a great location, with a shopping mall just opposite and convenient dining nearby. The facilities and details in the room are also great, and the toiletries are all top-notch!

It is a twin suite, so the sofa in the living room can be pulled out to sleep. The hotel is small and in a good location in the city center business district, next to the Fairmont Hotel. The elevator is small and can only accommodate a family without being able to turn around. Fortunately, there are not many residents. The front desk had a nice smile, but they made a mistake about the room I booked. When I opened the door, I found that I had been given a double bed room. As a result, our family was very unhappy as we had to go up and down with our puppy. After all, the place is small and it’s very uncomfortable. Depressed. I won’t stay here again next time I come, it’s really frustrating. There were a lot of noises around the room at night, and the phone rang twice inexplicably in the middle of the night. The sofa bed was so soft that I tossed and turned and couldn't sleep, and the pillows were a mess. The hotel only has valet parking, which costs $50/night, and an additional fee of $50/night for dogs. There is only one restaurant on the first floor, which is said to be a Michelin-starred chef, but I spent $300 and I really didn’t get a lot of delicious food. The portion served was at Michelin-level standards—a tiny bit, but the taste was totally worth it. Breakfast is charged a la carte, minimum $30/person/person. In short, although the waiter's attitude is very good, but despite the inconvenience and depression caused by living in such a small space, international hotel chains are more comfortable. At a price of $300/night, you can stay in a brand new super five-star hotel in China.

I booked a double bed but when I got to the hotel, the front desk told me that I booked a single bed. I contacted Ctrip customer service and they said there might be a problem with the middleman. I refunded some money, but I won't book overseas hotels on Ctrip anymore because it affects my schedule and mood. Although the front desk kindly gave me a small folding bed, it was too uncomfortable for a family of four to sleep on. Nice hotel with beautiful location and scenery

Great location with outdated room. Swing door lock was missing. AC is not working (maybe I’m not using it properly). Biggest issue is noise level. It’s 12:26am and there is loud music sound coming from somewhere non stop for the last 3 hours. My room is on 13th floor. I don’t know if it’s because Friday night and maybe it’s from a bar at the ground level. Don’t people sleep here. Next time I’ll find another hotel. Vancouver was great tho After a call and a personal visit at the front desk, finally the noise stopped around 1:05am. It was from a rooftop party. I don’t think I can sleep tonight as I’m wide awake dealing with this issue. The following day, checked at the front desk and found out that on the weekends, there are parties on 15th floor rooftop between Thanksgiving and year end. I was able to switch room to 7th floor and the problem disappeared the following 2 nights. I loved the location and people were friendly but just beware that you may have to deal with loud music if you were to stay on 13,14th floor (maybe 12th floor) on the weekends in Nov/Dec.

The facilities in room 1128 are poorly maintained. The shower bracket is broken and cannot be used. The most terrible thing is that the chair is broken. I fell and it couldn't be restored for several days. I hope it can be repaired as soon as possible and won't hurt people again. The location is good, not far from the city center, and the food in the restaurant is also good.

The room is too small, and the tap water is too slow. Breakfast is delivered to the room after ordering. There are few varieties. I almost had enough after two days. The hotel is not cheap. It is very convenient to go to ** downstairs. There are also convenience stores and restaurants around. The service is pretty good. There is no separate shower room, so you need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower.
