This hotel is sitting l showing it's age. Carpet needs to be replaced in the rooms. Furniture was broken or in need of repair. Could use a coat of paint. We were not aware they only cleaned rooms every other day.

For the price, it was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and the water was warm. The beds were comfortable and check in was super easy. Breakfast was ok, but not great. The only real complaint was the shower, which had very little water pressure.

Called the day before the trip to verify a crib for our infant son which a lady confirmed they would have for us. When I called the hotel the day of check in to confirm the crib was ready the man I spoke with said “ we have no cribs” which I absolutely panicked because we now would have no where to have our infant son sleep. As far as cleanliness, “quality” inn is no where close to accurate. Blood stains on both comforters and sheets, replacements ALSO had blood stains. Blood stains on a couple of pillow cases. Cigarette burn holes on comforter topper. Smelled of cigarettes. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were traveling with exhausted children, we would have left for a different hotel. But since it’s was after 9 pm we didn’t have much choice since we already paid as well. We were so grossed out we ended up sleeping without sheets or comforters. 0/10

To be honest I would have given a better review head the room I was inhad not been right above their laundry room and every time they did laundry for the day you could hear the pipes rattling in the room which would wake me up.

Not coming back Waited at the desk for 15 minutes to check in before the front desk clerk got back on fixing a shower head in another room. The lower level had a very strong smoke smell and once we got to our room, it had a very strong stale, musty smell. The exterior window was clouded, we found French fries left from the previous room occupants, the cable box was unplugged, the nightstand light wouldn’t stay plugged in because the ground plug was broken off, there weren’t enough outlets in the room to have all of the lamps, clocks, and cable box plugged in at the same time, the shampoo dispenser was empty, and there were lumps of something stuck to our sheets. I’m glad we were only staying for a quick overnight!

Not fantastic but wasn't bad Bed wasn't comfortable...needs bit of an update..breakfast second morning was no meat..set and waited 30.mins thought maybe they put some out they put more eggs out no sausage or bacon like morning before..pool was fairly warm..all in all was ok visit for the price

The pullout couch was so bad that it was more comfortable for our son to sleep on the floor. The lighting in the room was excessively dim. The hallways were smelly and unventilated. The elliptical in the fitness room was broken. Only one of the four lightbulbs in the bathroom worked, and it flashed on and off. We tried to take a bath in the evening but there was no hot water. The place stunk like smoke because smokers would just pay the fine and smoke all they wanted. The staff complained about how badly the place was run, and she told us she was retiring because of it. There were lights out in the hallways and the elevator. The elevator made an unusual noise. Kevin, who worked at the front desk, was very kind and assured us that we would be receiving a discount. There were cheap wooden eating utensils.
