Only bad thing was bathroom was in need of maintenance. But the room itself was very nice. Bed was actually more comfortable than the one I have at home. Staff was quick to help with any concerns quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent stay!

Brand new hotel right in Greensboro downtown, can explore the historical area on foot. Large room, good breakfast. Nice gym. During my stay I was charged on my credit card something not supposed to be charged and without my previous approval and signature, this is not professional at all. Luckily I saw my credit card statement before to leave the hotel so I complained…watch out for unauthorized charges!!!

The location was decent. The staff who checked me in seemed new to the job. The internet wasn’t working and I was told by the front desk to call customer service. CS told me it would be an hour. An hour and a half later I called CS again and they asked if I had spoken to the front desk. Eventually internet was restored. The carpet in the room was damp, the refrigerator was sticky, one of the drawers had trash in it and there was an awful loud mechanical noise all night.
