Wlan und internet exisitiert gar nicht. Ich war 2 Tage komplett offline - einige moegen das gut finden, aber mein ARbeitgeber schaetzt das nicht. Und das bei dem Zimmerpreis. Aber die Kroenung war das FReuhstuekc: 24,00 EXtra (!) zum Zimmerpreis. Als ich frohen Mutes nach einem Latte Macciatto fragte, wurde mir gesagt "Die Maschine ist nicht an". Auf meine Bitte, diese doch anzuschalten, kam die Antwort "das dauert dann aber mindestens 15 minuten und kostet auch extra". Ich bin fast hinten ueber gefallen. Unglaublich schlechter Kundenservice. Das eine Kaffeemachine einfach ANGESCHALTET ist zur FRuehstueckszeit schien den Damen nicht in den Sinn zu kommen. Von der Extrabezahlung bei einem Fruehstueckspreis von 24,00 rede ich jetzt gar nicht. Fazit: ganz schlechter Kundenservice. Man hatte den Eindruck, Gaeste die a) wlan und internet benoetigen, und dann auch noch b) einen "speziellen" Kaffee zum Fruehstueck sind ungewoehnlich / nicht erwuenscht.

Aus beruflichen Gründen reise ich sehr oft und deshalb habe ich mehr als 100 verschiedene Hotels in Nord Amerika und Europa erlebt. Ich kann mit absoluter Sicherheit sagen dass diese Hotel das schlechteste Wifi Netzwerk hat das ich je in meinem Leben erlebt habe. Man kann sogar sagen dass das Wifi Netzwerk negativ funktioniert, da es noch nicht mal normale Handy Daten zulässt. Falls die gesamte Reise das überprüfen einer einzigen E-Mail beinhalten könnte, dann würde ich absolut empfehlen diese Hotel zu vermeiden. Falls Sie dieses Hotel auswählen sollten Sie absolut nie, keine Sekunde, ein funktionierende Internetverbindung (sogar mit Ihren eigenen Daten) erwarten.
