It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty, no service, smelly and in dire need of renovation. Never again.

Terrible experience in a dirty apartment. We stayed there only one night.. and that was more than enough! There was a very bad smell in the apartment which was difficult to tolerate, the carpet was dirty, the doors of all closets/wardrobes were broken. Overall awful experience!

Too noisy due to the proximity of the TRAM, does not comply with handicap standards, particularly at the level of the sink which does not allow the passage of an electric chair for a toilet in the laboratory especially since it does not have any shower seat.

Très déçu. Ils annulent ma réservation le 29 janvier 2025, 3 semaines avant la date prévue, soit disant pour du surbooking. Quand j'ai réservé ils ne m ont pas parlé de surbooking. Pas facile de retrouver une autre reservation en période scolaire et au même prix. Je déconseille.

Avons choisi cet établissement uniquement du fait qu'il se trouvait juste en face du lieu où mon fils passé un examen...sinon il faut prendre le tram car excentré du centre ville. ( 20 minutes de la gare en tram) départ / arrivée en face de la résidence, passage fréquent.

Moquette tâchée et qui n'inspire pas confiance en la propreté. Tapisserie qui se décolle. Lavabo de la salle de bain bouché. Certains ustensiles de cuisine rangés sales. Placard de poubelle cassé. Pas de produits pour la douche, ni de télécommande de TV à notre arrivée. Point positif : le personnel fait de son mieux pour vous aider. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de mettre des avis négatifs, mais j'aurai apprécié lire ce genre de retour d'expérience avant ma réservation : je n'aurai tout simplement pas réservé, et je ne le ferai plus à l'avenir
