Warm welcome from dawn, plenty of parking. There were lots of little extras provided in our comfortable rooms-chocolates and biscuits, tea and coffee. There was the added bonus of a guest lounge. Breakfast choice very good - freshly cooked and well presented. Accommodation is walking distance from the shopping outlet and just off the motorway-perfect location for stop off. Excellent value for money.

Easy to find and get on and off the motorway on way up to Scotland. Good rooms , we had a superking which was great with everything you could need plus lovely hospitality tray with tea , coffee and biscuits. Even a jar of chocolates! Bathroom with good shower and toiletries , even toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forget yours. Easy to walk up for a look at the blacksmiths shop and the outlet village if you want. Good price too especially if you book direct. Dawn was a perfect host, thank you for a great stay.

Being just over the Scottish border at Gretna Green, it makes an ideal place for couples wishing to get married and an ideal stop-over just off the motorway to break your journey to rest and refresh yourself before travelling further. It is owned and run by Dawn, who looks after you as though you were a familiar member. Nothing phases her. The beds are clean and extremely comfortable, ours being king size. Breakfast is freshly cooked, delicious and served with smile. There is ample private off road parking for 6 or 8 cars. I highly recommend the Greenway Guest House.

Dawn is the host with the most!! I travelled with daughter for her birthday treat I said to Dawn and when we came in from shopping she had left a card and cake for her Nothing was too much trouble we will stay there again

Stayed here whilst celebrating our 20 year anniversary of being married at the Blacksmiths shop. It is a great B & B. Dawn is very welcoming and cooks a fantastic and ample breakfast and really helped to make our anniversary even more special. The B & B is very clean and well maintained, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone, and certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect. From friendly greeting to excellent breakfast. We were only sorry we were only staying for one night on our way up to Falkirk. Extremely well decorated with every consideration for a comfortable stay. Very handy for Gretna village and outlet. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a stopover or a few nights stay in this area, look no more. This is a lovely b&b. Spotlessly clean with well equipped rooms (you even get chocolates), a great breakfast with choices and a very friendly landlady. It's within an easy walking distance to the "anvil" and amenities. Plenty of off road parking, too. Can't fault it.
