Greymouth Hotels with Pools

It was only after I found out that there was a large cemetery behind the hotel, which was still full of jealousy for Asians. There is no air conditioning in the room and it is still very hot in summer. The hotel is not very soundproof. Other facilities are not bad.

The check-in experience was very good. The old lady at the front desk was very welcoming and responsive to all our requests. In the end, she extended our check-out time until 12 noon. The facilities in the room are complete, and you can also cook. There is a large supermarket near the hotel, only 5 minutes away, which is extremely convenient. Worth staying. The sunset on the beach near the hotel is extremely beautiful.

Spending New Year’s Eve here this year is particularly memorable! This is a rare hotel on the West Coast that feels close to a five-star hotel in every aspect, and it also has a very nice jacuzzi! Opposite the hotel is Bucclengh, the restaurant of the Centenary Hotel, and the New Year's Eve dinner is also served. It is highly recommended! After dinner, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach (actually driving may be more comfortable haha)

The room is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, you can cook, the scenery is also good, the receptionist at the front desk has a very good attitude, the parking space is convenient and has an independent parking space, overall satisfied! !

When the aunt at the front desk saw me call out my name, I didn’t need anything to check in. She gave the key and brought it to the room. She explained the use of the key, power supply and air conditioner. She also told me that the supermarket is close to the hotel. The supermarket is quite big. Everything is complete. The room is large, the bed is 1.8 meters, 3 pillows, bath products, hair dryer, kettle, microwave oven, stove, towels, no slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush The rooms are clean. Greymouth is a big town. There are many shops and people. Dinner is at the restaurant at the entrance of Pancake Rock, not near the hotel. The hotel does not include breakfast, you will leave after you eat bread and check out at 10 o’clock on time

It’s an older hotel that has been nicely renovated in the rooms, however, the bathrooms are a bit outdated and could use a little more cleaning. The balconies are also shared with the room next to you and on hot days like we had it only had a fan, and no AC. So I had to open the door all night, even though we shared a balcony. My wife was not so happy about that. 

It is a hotel where I would like to stay next time. The surroundings were quiet. I think the hotel service is good. There was a feeling of cleanliness in the room.

Arrived at the hotel a little bit late for the check-in, but the reception was very accommodating and still processed for us with a big smile and was very friendly! Rooms were very clean, complete with AC and heater, towels provided as well. Laundry avail for use (paid use only and hours apply) Beds were nice, great amenities! With full kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave and washing sink. Cooking utensils and pots pans avail too. Wasn't expecting much for a motel but this was actually a really great and comfortable stay! Short 2 to 5min drive to nearest supermarkets and petrol stations

The boss is not good, he introduces the surrounding environment, there are supermarkets, barbecue shops, bars nearby, you can shop for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and have a laundry dryer. We can't speak English, the boss specially called the Chinese guy in the store to translate, which is great.

We came here to stay by train. Although the motel is not very new, it has everything. There are supermarkets and daily necessities stores at the foot of the mountain. It takes about ten minutes to walk there. When the sidewalk is about to disappear, there is a trail connecting it in a hidden place, and you can walk to the parking lot of the grocery store. The hotel can pick you up at the train station, which is actually very suitable for people like us who have big luggage from overseas and don’t have a car. recommend
