This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff is unhelpful and rude, the rooms are dirty, and the amenities are nonexistent. We had constant issues with our room and the food was atrocious. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs!

If it was possible to give this hotel -1 star It would be the perfect fit. This whole place is tragedy altogether with the staf If I could give this hotel -1 star, it would be too generous. This place is an absolute nightmare, and the staff is a disgrace. Last year, same time, same place, we were blown away by the staff and atmosphere—it felt like a true 4-star hotel. This year? A complete disaster from the moment we arrived. We booked an all-inclusive package and, after a grueling 16-hour drive, arrived at the hotel at 6:00 AM. We knew we couldn’t check in that early but asked for an early check-in at noon, which they had the nerve to charge 40 euros for. We waited for the pool to open at 9:00 AM to get some rest. When lunch started, my fiancé took a small portion of salad, and some lady rudely told us we couldn't eat before checking in. We had already checked in, but our room wasn’t cleaned, so we didn’t have our keys and bracelets yet. That was just day one. The food is disgusting, the rooms are filthy, and the toilet was clogged. Later, some staff member had the audacity to approach us at the pool, saying we couldn’t smoke poolside and couldn’t drink from plastic glasses. He spouted some nonsense about France being all about rules, and while smoking on the terrace isn’t legally allowed, they would 'let' us do it. Seriously? I will never, ever return to this dump, and I advise everyone to stay far away from this awful place. Calling this hotel 4-star is a complete joke.

We had a junior suite and this was nice and renovated. It was clean and quiet too and the terrasse comfortable. Not sure why we had a dishwasher and no sink nor dishes in the kitchen corner. Bathroom is so tiny that nearly impossible to shower for heavy built people. Food was industrial and horrible. Staff is great and has a lot of patience too.

I have stayed with my partner for a week. Absolutely amazing location, great experience but mostly important amazing staff which made this experience exceptional. Thank you so much to everyone who made this trip very special and special thank you to Berenice. She’s an absolute star and should be recognised for being so brilliant, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you so much and we are hoping to visit again!

Piscine chauffée , chambre refaite dommage la salle de bain est à refaire urgemment , repas correct , système du bar à revoir il est à l accueil et trop exiguë, pas assez de place pour la salle de resto , activité vieillotte mais gratuite , vélo à rénover

Eravamo già stati qui l’anno precedente. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato la ristorazione peggioratissima! Devo sottolineare che nessun pasto è stato a livello di un hotel 4 stelle, e per di più molto lontano dalla situazione dell’anno scorso. Per di più a cena, essendo un family hotel (nulla da pensare a ciò in quanto nulla è pensato per i bambini) e essendo il menù molto povero e fatto solo di un paio di secondi piatti e un buffet di insalate, abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere un piatto di pasta per il bambino, anche comprando noi la pasta eventualmente o anche pagando un sovrapprezzo. Ci è stato risposto che nessuna eccezione al menù era tollerata . Mi dispiace ma il servizio non è da 4 stelle.

Quel plaisir de revenir dans cet établissement. Le personnel est tellement gentil que vous vous sentez en famille. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées. La nourriture est parfaite, pour tous les goûts et très variées. Vivement le prochain séjour ♥️♥️

Très bon accueil à l arrivée avec toutes les explications sur l hôtel. Nous avons eu la chance d être surclassé dans une chambre rénovée et la literie était parfaite. Les repas sont variés et copieux, servis sous forme de buffet et de bonne qualité. De plus vous pouvez composer votre pique nique pour la journée avec la variété du buffet. Le personnel est au petit soin. Très bonne expérience, nous reviendrons
