Superbe hôtel, restaurant très bon dans un très joli décor, personnels parfait. Le patron a été adorable, il m'a emmené sur mon lieu de travail après que le taxi commandé la veille m'ait fait faux bond..... Je recommande vivement !!! J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Hübsches Hotel in der Innenstadt von Grimma. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Großes Restaurant (mediterran/ griechisch) mit rasanter Bedienung. Die Zimmer sind sauber, jedoch bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Auch die Beherbergung von Familien mit kleinen Kindern stellt kein Problem dar; Kinder sind herzlich willkommen. Aufgrund des großen Restaurants ist die vollkommene Ruhe beim Essen nicht garantiert, ist jedoch gut zu tolerieren.

Das Positive vorweg: Das Hotel liegt wunderbar zentral in der Altstadt. Der Empfang war freundlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist o.k.. Handseife im Bad hätte geholfen. Lattenrost und Matratze sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Beim Auschecken die Überraschung. Statt, wie in der Reservierungsbestätigung angegeben, 54€ wurden stattdessen 60€ berechnet. Leider gab es auch kein Rechnung, nur den Beleg der EC-Karte. Positiv: In einem Anruf entschuldigte sich ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels, dass es keine Korrektur des zugesagten Preises aus März 2022 gegeben habe, aber man aufgrund der gestiegenen Energiekosten den alten Preis nicht hätte halten können. Die Rechnung soll per Mail kommen. Das ist in Ordnung.
