To get to the hostel, you will need to climb the steep hill. Therefore, if you carry luggage with you, it's better to get there by bus. However, it is totally worth it because the view is magnificent and breathtaking! The hostel serves nice food and good service. I can even enjoy the whole day watching the mysterious village from the hostel.

Nice mountain view from the room, but the room is not big. The hotel located 10 mins walk from the Grindlewald station and 2 mins walk from the First Bahn to go Grindlewald First. The breakfast is nice but it’s only open at 7am hence it’s quite rush if you have early activity which you have to leave the hotel early e.g to go to Jung frau.

It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. The service attitude is very good! I asked for a car pick-up because the train time was wrong due to rain. It is said that the hotel staff waited for half an hour. Because I didn't know that Ctrip had a free contact number, they didn't pick me up and sent a free drink at the bar. The location is the best in Grindelwald, the breakfast is rich, and the front desk service attitude is very good! ! Definitely come again, this hotel in Grindelwald is definitely the best choice! !

The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
They are very patient to answer all our questions and assist us to book the ticket to the Jungfraujoch.
Breakfast was nice. We have our dinner at their restaurant as well. The food was great, we were very much enjoy it. I love the onion soup. Of course, the waitress also very nice.
Our room have the balcony, we have a nice Eiger view with just in front of us. Super!

When we first entered the room, we saw corpses of mosquitoes everywhere on the wall, and there were mosquitoes flying everywhere in the room. A few of them were killed and sprayed blood. The bedside table lamp was also broken. Fortunately, after contacting the receptionist, we were allowed to change rooms. It was very convenient. It's hard to imagine how uncomfortable this night would have been if I hadn't changed rooms. After all, I spent nearly 10,000 Taiwan dollars. I shouldn't have come here to suffer. I give the lady at the counter a big thumbs up.
The biggest selling point here is the heated swimming pool, which directly faces the Eiger and Grindelwald slopes. It is open from 12 to 21 o'clock. If it were not for the swimming pool, I might not choose this one due to hygiene reasons.

We booked two rooms for a family trip and asked to be arranged closer or on the same floor. In the end, we were given two floors... The room was spacious but the facilities were simple. The service attitude was excellent. They also arranged a car to take us to the train station for free before leaving. It was very close to the Dream Hill.

It is very close to Grindelwald train station, about five minutes' walk. The room is very clean, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, and the service is also very good. You can buy tickets for all events at the hotel ~
However, there are two shortcomings: the room facilities are relatively old, but it is acceptable, after all, this place is a village; the breakfast items are really too little, and there is basically nothing to eat.

MMy Beautiful GaiaIt is a hostel so you should expect what you paid for … over all the front staff Julian and Isabelle were the nicest, the lodge is just a doorsteps to the Grindelwald Terminal … there is a transport village bus card which the front desk will give you so that you can use this to go around the Main Village and just right around Grindelwald ..
— the bad side, in mixed dorm the room is very tiny for 6beds it’s not really very comfortable specially when someone walking around with his boxer shorts 😞 … the facilities are pristine but they don’t provide towels in room you have to ask this in front desk - it’s the cheapest place in town but it’s the loveliest the bar grill is so relaxing while sipping with your ginger ale … the breakfast can’t complain it’s all delish with all those bowls of yogurt and freshly brewed coffee yum

AAnonymous UserGrindelwald Train Station is less than a minute's walk away. The room is very clean and comfortable. You can open three large suitcases (and put them under the bed frame after opening). The windows in the room are large and a small fan is provided, so you don't have to worry about stuffiness when sleeping in summer. Breakfast is a classic continental breakfast, and the food is replenished very quickly. The staff is constantly walking around clearing the tables and checking the supply. Mainly because I don’t feel too happy eating breakfast while looking at the mountain view! The staff is also very friendly and enthusiastically recommends nearby hiking routes. I will still recommend staying here next time I visit.

SSHUYIThe room and the balcony face the valley, there is no obstruction in front, and the beauty is simply unreal. The room is simple but very clean. The shower in the bathroom has enough water pressure and is very comfortable. The restaurant is of a high standard and the price is very reasonable in Switzerland. The owner is very kind, will come to say hello chat at dinner, and teach children to feed their own goats. The hotel offers a transfer to the train station. Depending on the size of the room, it should be difficult for an extra bed

XXIAOMIAOI have always longed for the dreamy hillside and hope to live in such a beautiful picture. I saw a lot of homestays in this area on Ctrip, and finally chose this one as a lodging spot in Grindelwald. This is a family-style business management model, mainly by the hostess to take care of daily. The whole house is decorated very warmly, the hostess is also considered polite, and communication in English is basically barrier-free. There is a small balcony in the room, which can have a panoramic view of the dreamy hillside. There are not many varieties of breakfast, and the croissants are particularly delicious.

QQIANIt’s about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is not very far, but it’s a little tired if it rains with a suitcase. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the First cable car station, which is very convenient. It is worth mentioning that if you choose to include dinner when booking the hotel, it is really super cost-effective ~ delicious and rich, every day I will seriously post menus everywhere, and I am responsible for saying that this is the level of Fine Dining, such a dinner Any restaurant should be above 120 francs per capita. The restaurant environment is also nothing to say, the service quality is very good ~ excellent experience, rich breakfast, worth the price, super recommended. They also gave home-made potato chips when they left. If it is not enough, it may be that the facilities in the room are average~ but it is very clean, the balcony is facing the mountain, beautiful!

QQIANThe hotel is halfway up the hill, some distance from the Grindelwald center and the train station. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that can be transported. We are self-driving. There is free parking in the hotel. It is relatively close to the cable car station of the first mountain. There are not many types of breakfast at the hotel. But it is enough, the biggest feature is the scenery, so beautiful! Whether it is a room or a place to have breakfast, look out for the snowy mountain, if you come to grindelwald next time, you will stay here!

LLeung Kai YinThis time I originally wanted to live close to Grindewald, which is convenient for skiing, but because of the peak season, the hotel is fully booked and the rest is too expensive. This time I booked the Eigerblink family room. Far, the price is also high, but the overall service and facilities are still ok, I don’t know what the food level is, because the price does not include breakfast, we all dine out.
