Gorgeous food, lovely peaceful ambience, lovely staff, great value. Everything freshly cooked and delicious. Not sure how 'light' the 'light' lunchtime menu really was, but that's not really a criticism, just an observation. Service was slow enough to make you think they were really cooking the food, not just heating it through, so top marks for that. Wishing the management luck in their enterprise!

Excellent set lunch, great choices and excellent food. Fantastic value! Service was amazing very attentive but not overly so. Portion size was great for a lunch maybe even for dinner. Friends very impressed with the whole place. I have eaten here before and never been disappointed!

I stayed here end of Nov / Dec with my mum for 1 night en route to Bristol (which is also very close by). You really couldn’t get a better location for exploring the cotswolds or Bristol. It’s perfectly situated in a little village with a lovely country pub feel. The hosts Mark and Mark are just a delight. They have hospitality running through their veins. We were made to feel so welcome by them and their team. The room was cosy and spotlessly clean with a gorgeous bed and lovely view of the village. Whilst I didn’t get the chance to eat here the food looked delicious as it made its way to the dining room. We did get to experience breakfast which again was 10/10 and couldn’t be faulted. I loved sitting in the bar of the evening we stayed and drank some nice wine and chatted to the locals and staff. We couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome and the log fires added to the warm atmosphere. I plan to return as I really love the look of the new menu and want to sample the food. Five star treatment, 10/10 couldn’t rate them highly enough. The staff are stand out and the warm welcome is delightful. Look no further for a stay in the cotswolds. I shall be returning.

We hosted a Christmas party combined with a birthday celebration for 18 people. The food and the service on a very busy night was absolutely spot on. Everyone enjoyed themselves and every dish was appreciated by the group. Highly recommend for larger groups and party bookings, we will return!

Myself and my sister visited on a Saturday night for the 3 course Christmas menu, a child free catch up. All the food was amazing. We had the ham hock to start, Turkey and beef for mains, cheeseboard and crumble for dessert. A glass of wine each to start, both great as well. All the team were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful location and super cosy atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay at The Neeld Arms, lovely welcoming and accommodating staff, amazing and incredibly tasty food and beautiful comfortable rooms. We booked a night away as we were visiting Bath Christmas Market and the Neeld Arms wasn’t too far away, fairly priced and looked lovely. We can’t wait to return as soon as possible and we can’t recommend this place enough.
