Expect more on hardware and service improvements. Curtain was missed by half, check-in took 10min. Breakfast was good, parking space is big.

I was here as part of Timelash Dr.Who convention, and it was such a wonderful, modern and clean hotel with great views. Friendly, efficient and very accommodating staff. I will definitely come back here again and would highly recommend for anyone staying in Groß-Umstadt.

We stayed for six nights in a superior room with balcony. The hotel was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Cleanliness of rooms and all areas exemplary. The breakfasts were superb. We were visiting family who live nearby so we only had dinner in the hotel on one evening. It was excellent. We hope to return again and have already recommended the hotel to family and friends. Thank you to the whole team at Hotel Jakob.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt eine große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Zum Abendessen ist das Restaurant Esprit sehr zu empfehlen. Tolle Qualität und super Service. Die Zirbenschlaffallen im Wellnessbereich sind sehr bequem. Die Musik im Ruheraum lädt zum Entspannen ein. Groß-Umstadt bietet sich für einen kleinen Tagesausflug an. In direkter Hotelnähe gibt es verschiedene Wanderrouten, die man mithilfe der vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellten Wanderstöcke und weiterer Ausrüstung (Wanderkarten, Rucksack und Lunchpaket) erleben kann.

Ein sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mit Charme. Wir hatten ein Romantik-Wochenende gebucht und wurden sehr Herzlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war Liebevoll Dekoriert , es gab eine kleine Obstplatt, Wasser und Kaffee. Unser Candle-Light-Dinner war super lecker, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

wir sind jedes Mal sehr gerne im Hotel Jakob, jetzt schon über Jahre, wenn ich Sitzungen in Gross Umstadt habe. In diesem Hotel kann meine Frau in schöner Umgebung und gemütlicher Atmosphäre die Zeit während der Sitzungen verbringen. wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Zu erwähnen ist noch die gute Küche und das freundliche Personal. ich schätze auch die vorhandenen Parkplätze

Wir haben dort ein wundervolles Wochenende verbracht. Die Zimmer waren super und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Das 4 Gang Menü und auch das Frühstück waren ebenfalls unschlagbar. Ich hoffe wir bekommen bald noch einmal die Möglichkeit dort ein schönes Wochenende zu verbringen.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, ein Wochenende in diesem wunderbaren Wellness Hotel zu verbringen, und es war einfach fantastisch! Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel ist entspannt der perfekte Ort, um dem Alttag zu entfliehen. Das Zimmer war toll eingerichtet sehr sauber mit tollem Ausblick. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Infrarotlicht Sauna auf dem Zimmer und der zusätzliche Spa Bereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit seiner großen Auswahl sowie das Viergang Candel-Light-Dinner waren ein weiters Highlight. Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu erholen und neue Energie zu tanken.
