Stayed here for 5 days, celebrating my wife's 50th Birthday. This is the second Roleis & Chateau property we have stayed and like the first, Cap Maison did not disappoint. Loved the Helicopter ride from the airport to our hotel. The concierge team was amazing at helping us research and book activities to do around the island. Special shout out to Harvey who is the Somelier here who went above and beyond to help make my wife's Birthday celebration and huge success. I will be coming back here and will be bringing our kids with us next time.

Beautiful hotel and property located is a quiet bay with the most beautiful views. The food was outstanding we ate at both restaurants and loved them. Breakfast was also beautiful. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. The beach is stunning, beautiful clear water and the pool area was also very nice. Has a nice small gym and the spa was also great!

As part of the Peak to Beach package, my husband and I stayed at Cap Maison for the second half of our trip. I wanted to be at Cap Maison when we celebrated our 30th anniversary. When we arrived, Jamie was very welcoming (and helpful throughout our stay)! The grounds were so well kept and very lush with many varieties of hibiscus and other tropical plants. The villa we stayed in was spacious and the bedroom air-conditioned. The fans throughout the villa made us quite comfortable. I loved the natural light the windows provided. There was access to our pool from our bedroom and there was even an outdoor shower connected to the shower inside. The pool was clean and we loved relaxing and enjoyed the view of the coconut trees and flamboyant tree. You didn't have a direct view to the ocean because there were some plants to give you some sense of privacy. However the view from the porch and the chairs provided in the yard were something else. We were in our own little heaven. And since it was the slow season, there was hardly any other guests around our villa. Housekeeping was quick and friendly when we saw them. The turndown housekeeper made us these beautiful towel art swans with fresh flowers. It was a very thoughtful touch. The Cliff restaurant was incredible. So much food and so beautifully presented! The filet was top notch as was every course presented. We were always offered fresh fruit and pastries at breakfast. We did not know, because it was the slow season, that the Cliff is not open every night, and it rotates with The Naked Fisherman. But it did not impact us since we had reserved the gazebo for our anniversary dinner. I didn't realize that most people reserved the Rock Maison for anniversaries but the gazebo was perfect in our eyes- the view of the beach from the cliff, the view of the sunset, only steps from our villa. Jamie, the concierge, shared that people were very respectful of the events in that space since it was in more of a public/ open area. It would be perfect for a wedding. Kazia (spelling?) was an absolute professional and so kind and joyful in attending to us during our anniversary dinner. The chef even came out with her to present dessert which had a special message written in chocolate on our plates. All of it divine. The beach was fantastic since the chairs were part of the packages as was all of the water sport equipment. We enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach. I'm here to tell you that Bob is the hardest working individual with the most joy. You could tell he loved engaging with the guests and making sure we were all attended to and had all the drinks and food we needed. Honestly, almost every employee we encountered reflected the pride they took in their work- the pool keepers, the grounds keepers, housekeeping, barkeep, the waiters and waitresses, concierge. The pool pump stopped working ( they are normally on a timer) and the crew was more than happy to check into for me and get it running. Oh, and my massage a

One of the most luxurious and wonderful vacations we've ever had. Our room was spectacular- with a rooftop pool and deck. The staff went over-the-top to insure every bit of our stay was perfect. Meals at the 2 restaurants were delicious, and the views and atmosphere were special. Nice fitness room-- kept clean and well-stocked with all the little extras. The beach was wonderful-- well equipped with snorkeling gear, kayaks, noodles, and much more. The hotel arranged some fun activities for us: hiking, fishing, and the Friday night jump up in town. The best part of our stay-- the fact that this is a small, boutique hotel- the staff gets to know you, and they go the extra mile to see that you are happy and kept happy. It seems easy for everyone who worked there, because they were the happiest people we've ever met. Very special vibe. Thank you, Cap Maison for an amazing Saint Lucia vacation. We hope to be back!

First class hotel in every way. All staff were friendly and happy in their roles, providing excellent service. We were on half board and the restaurant offered a true fine dining experience with the menus changing daily. Location and accommodation also amazing.

We have had an exceptional experience at Cap Maison. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and the top service remained for the whole of our stay. All the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I could mention many of them but would particularly like to mention Nella who served drinks at breakfast and at the poolside, always with a ready smile. We had a few snatched conversations by the pool and Nella showed herself to be thoughtful, perceptive and highly intelligent. A huge thank you to everyone at this very special and beautiful resort for giving us a holiday of a lifetime which was much needed after a sad bereavement.

My wife and I stayed at Cap Maison the first week of March 2025. We stayed in unit 44, which is a condo-like unit with 1BR/1.5BA, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, large living room a rooftop pool and large lounging area with full-size dining table/chairs, and two additional outdoor patio areas (one with some loungers outside the BR and one with a breakfast table and living area outside the living room). Pros: - Views of the Caribbean Sea from the unit and the resort are unbeatable. - Service is top-notch. Anything we asked for was provided. - The semi-private beach was a nice touch. Some complain about the 92 stairs leading down to it, but I thought that was a plus as it provided a unique beach venue. - Food at both the Naked Fisherman (located down at the beach) and the Cliff (located on the main resort) were both really good, but had some issues (e.g. the oil that our fries were cooked in at the Naked Fisherman was clearly old and needed changing. Anything other than seafood will been hit or miss (except for the short rib at the Cliff, which was excellent the two times we ordered it). - Room service for breakfast was consistently fresh and delivered on-time. Cons: - The unit was in need of some repairs. Nothing major or off-putting, but things like bathroom sinks being discolored from use, bathroom faucet having been repaired but not really (crooked, mortar not set correctly), blinds not working well in some windows, kitchen cabinets not closing/opening properly, etc. - We ran out of hot water on multiple occasions, so we had to space our showers to "slow" times of the day. - No hot-tubs or warming option for the rooftop pool. Notes (just an FYI.. not resort feedback): - Pools were COLD. If anyone on the resort tried to get in them, they got right back out. Probably a time-of-year thing. - Limited "things to do" on resort other than beach and pools. No issues for us (it's what we wanted) but if you are looking for lively activities, this is not the place. - There is an all-inclusive option, but about half of the non-breakfast food items had an up-charge (indicated by a * or ** or *** on the menu depending on the level of up-charge). Most/all premium spirits were not included in the all-inclusive. I wasn't aware of the upcharges on the menu/drinks ahead of time, or I might have chosen pay-as-you-go.

This trip was a dream come true for us . It was a much anticipated 30th anniversary trip . The resort felt so Luxurious yet made us feel welcome and right at home at the same time . The architecture and layout of the resort was perfect , the view is stunning . Our suite was amazing , spacious, clean , and made us feel completely spoiled ! The balcony was our favorite place to relax . We very much enjoyed the pool overlooking the water and mountains . The lounge chairs were comfortable, plenty of fresh towel and very attentive staff. The meals were always top notch and they accommodated many of our special requests. One server Devin, really made our meals special , his friendly demeanor helped us enjoy our meal time , in particular our dinner on Rock Maison which was beautiful and such a unique experience for us . Our vow renewal was assisted by Janin and she was just a joy to work with . Very down to earth and friendly. She made sure we got just what we wanted. We had a lovely view near the gazebo and our photographs by Louise are beautiful. We couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out ! We took several excursions that were planned out perfectly. We really enjoyed our boat tour and our departure helicopter trip was a highlight of our trip . Several of the staff made such a positive impression on us - Stacy assisted with the surprise part of our vow renewal and she was such a wonderful person to have a conversation with later in the evening, she is really an asset to the resort . Terry was a friendly , welcoming presence when we first arrived and throughout our stay . Bob was so helpful and pleasant to speak with down at The Naked Fisherman, we really enjoyed the laughs . Taddy and Septima were wonderful servers as well , they really went above and beyond ! We hope to be able to make a return trip someday , as it would be difficult to top this perfection anywhere else !
