Для меня очень важным критерием при выборе жилья является возможность хранения багажа. Меня очень расстроило, что мне пришлось забрать свои вещи раньше, чем я планировала, и я не успела завершить свои дела. Владельцам следует убрать данную услугу и не обманывать гостей.

Hotel in a good location, but with a few issues In the room there was not “mono-dose” items, but “used” bottle of shampoo and shower gel At breakfast, we had very little items I could eat, being a gluten intolerant. In addition, at breakfast, there was open jam jars, passed from client to client. Owner very kind and polite: nothing to say on this Room clean, I was expecting a better renovations. There was a common area between two bedrooms with a door with glass between them

Ho prenotato questo B&B per un mio amico, che dire meraviglioso in tutto! Stanza suggestiva sulle mura medicee di Grosseto, con arredi super, pulizia al top, colazione ottima, gentilezza e premura verso gli ospiti! La sig. ra Vania veramente squisita, prepara dei dolci bio e buonissimi per colazione!

Prenotato alle 17.30 telefonicamente, le indicazioni erano: parcheggiare in piazza del mercato e poi richiamare. Arrivati alle 19.30 mercato con bancherelle pochi parcheggi. L’host ci dice di arrivare all’ingresso del centro storico al numero 10. Facciamo 100 mt a piedi con tutti i bagagli arriviamo davanti, nessuna etichetta sul citofono, ritelefoniamo e non risponde nessuno questo per 10 minuti di attesa. Stanchi e innervositi del trattamento assurdo decidiamo di andare via. Arriviamo all’auto e riceviamo la chiamata dall’host che informava di averci detto che dovevamo prendere la chiave per entrare… Assurdo trattamento assolutamente fuori da ogni regola di ospitalità e gestione. Consigliato solo ad avventurieri senza scrupoli.

Posizione centralissima entro le mura in ZTL, ma con vicino il parcheggio a pagamento. Stanza grande con bagno, con un armadio a sei ante ma parzialmente occupato di capi di vestiario non si sa bene di chi. Colazione compresa, ma non particolarmente completa.Ottima la pulizia degli ambienti.
