I am from Australia and I have stayed here several times and for weeks at a time. The place, space and location is fantastic, as an architect it satisfies my architectural sensitivities, Grottammare has a well executed Urban design foreshore which engages you into its particular personality. The Residence has a contemporary yet classic style, well maintained and up to date interiors. Its one of the cleanest places i have stayed at. I want to personally thank the Residence Mareamare Team, Stefania, Mariella, Federico e Flavia for their passion, and creating such a delightful, comfortable atmosphere, and exceptional customer service for their Clients.

Excellent accommodation - the facilities were excellent, the staff were outstanding: so helpful!. Just a few metres away from the sandy, public beach in the centre of beautiful Grottammare. The old village of Grottammare Alta was a short walk up the hill.

Vacanza rilassante camere bellissime moderne e pulitissime soprattutto i servizi igienici personale molto accogliente (ragazzi giovani) molto premurosi sempre con il sorriso cosa dire da ritornarci sicuramente bellissima la piscina e il solarium situato all’ ultimo piano con vista sul mare

Struttura ben organizzata, con personale cordiale e sempre disponibile ed efficiente a ogni richiesta. Il residence si trova in una posizione centrale, vicino a tutti i negozi e alla via principale che costeggia il mare. Torneremo sicuramente.

Accoglienza e disponibilità del personale caloroso, puntuale e preciso. Abbiamo apprezzato l'uso delle biciclette che ti permette di percorrere la ciclabile lungo mare. Residence pulito e ben arredato, lo consigliamo a chi voglia trascorrere alcuni giorni di vacanza e riposo. Cristina

Struttura fantastica dotata di ogni comfort, pulitissima e funzionale, ma soprattutto con una vista mare meravigliosa. Tra i punti di forza sicuramente la posizione, letteralmente di fronte al mare e a tutti i servizi (panetteria, alimentari, gelaterie etc) ed i principali ristoranti. Super anche lo staff disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza oltreche offrire un presidio h24 della struttura. Che dire.. ci ritorneremo sicuramente, consigliatissimo!!

ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 2 settimane in un delizioso bilocale fronte mare, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. Il personale - sempre presente nella struttura - è gentilissimo ed assai disponibile: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema alla spiaggia che è stato prontamente risolto. Complimenti! Assolutamente consigliato, tant'é che spero di ritornarci

Residence è moderno e ben gestito ma la posizione centralissima poi lo rende (nonostante i serramenti moderni) molto rumoroso, sia per i rumori provenienti dal lungo mare (dove in luglio/agosto tutte le sere c’è qualcuno che suona o qualche bagno che fa discoteca) sia soprattuto per i rumori interni (bagni delle camere vicine e calpestio piano superiore). Come se non bastasse c’è da considerare anche la distanza di pochi metri dalla ferrovia. Considerando che offre solo pernottamento (le pulizie sono a pagamento) il prezzo è veramente esorbitante.
