A very nice hotel on the outskirts of Chemnitz situated right next to a wood. Rooms are spacious and furnished nicely, everything is perfectly clean. Staff are professional and friendly at all times. The restaurant offers a good selection of breakfast and dinner choices & the restaurant patio next to the wood is one of the nicest features of the Forsthaus, inviting you to take a break outside and enjoy your coffee the sunshine. The surroundings are perfect for long walks or hiking. All in all a great hotel for business trips and short stays.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam - über dem Durchschnitt. Schon bei der 2. Begegnung an der Rezeption wurden wir mit unserem Namen begrüßt. Zimmer war wunderschön mit Balkonblick in die Natur. Alles sauber und ordentlich, zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Ganz Spontan haben wir uns entschieden hier zum Abendessen zu gehen. Das Wetter passte und wir saßen im Freisitz. In idyllischer Atmosphäre und Umgebung. Von hier kann man Wanderung unternehmen oder während einer Einkehren. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und das Essen schmeckte sehr lecker. Vielen lieben Dank

Ein sehr sauberes, toll gelegenes (Wald) Hotel mit einem erstklassigen Service. Die Zimmer sind optimal eingerichtet, es ist ruhig, sauber und bequem und auf dem neusten Stand. Inklusive einem tollen Biergarten. Nichts zu beanstanden.

Wir waren das zweite Mal zu Gast und waren wieder begeistert. Alle Zimmer wurden vor 2 Jahren renoviert. Hut ab, so eine Investition während Corona zu machen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Matratzen sehr gut. Eine kleine Minibar ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Essen ist sehr gut und am Frühstücksbuffet wird alles außer vegane Aufstriche unverpackt angeboten. Sehr lobenswert: das Rührei wird aus „richtigen“ Eiern gemacht. Diese sind, wie die gekochten Eier, Bio. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Lage direkt am Wald ist toll. Sehr ruhig und direkt die Natur mit Wanderwegen vor der Haustür Unser nächster Aufenthalt zur MotoGP 2024 ist schon vorgemerkt.
