We had no booking but were greeted with charm by the hosts. The White House was occupied but we were shown to a comfortable double room on the farm. Outside braai area which we didn’t use as we ordered supper. Gastronomic delight, salad, lamb neck, gemsbok vegetables followed by sponge pudding and custard. We ordered the breakfast basket too which exceeded expectations. We had a tour of the White House and for certain we’ll be back

We had the best time staying at the White house. Dolf and his wife are the friendliest people ever. The food and service is 5 star. The travel to the fish river canyon with the gift package made our experience even better. Thanks for everything we will definitely be back for another stay. Elsabe, Riaan and Jaco.

Wonderful stopover point when on your way North. Self catering but we requested meals and were very happy with what we received and serviced. Brought to you fully cooked in your own accomodation and really reasonably priced. Our second stay there and highly recommend the White House

I don't actually have the words to describe how incredible our experience with the White House Guest Farm was! Nita and Dolf quite literally went out of their way to help us have the trip of a lifetime. They were incredible hosts! Another highlight was the food - I can't remember when last I had such good home cooked meals! We will absolutely be back here soon!

i have been to Namibia a few times and this time i can say BEST EVER !!!! owners will bend over backwards for you, FOOD was great, if you can eat then this is the place to be, accommodation is so clean and well looked after, if you want peace and to relax or just a self-healing time then this is the place to go too. i will go back in a heartbeat De wet family keep up the good work

Amazing stay in Grunau in White House. Nice hotel with very welcome owners. Rooms are designed in old style that we can feel like in a house 100 years ago. Rooms are big, with a lovely kitchen and living room. You can relax in your room on the terrace or outside in the garden. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. For dinner, you can try local game meat and local food from farm - really recommended, in the morning, you have good breakfast. All experience was great.
