前台服務人員態度傲慢，黑臉給客户，服務態度差，來住店還要看臉色，花錢受氣，房間不好找，屋內衞生間巨臭，整體入住體驗很差，不推薦這個酒店

住了三天上一天班回來累的要死一間冒煙了裏面另一件空調掉一床水，服務態度不好一直不給解決辦法換個房間換要多交錢不是人為問題酒店自身問題設備不檢修也入住體驗糟糕

燈的開關不太合理，床頭附近都沒有。床對面牆一排電源，晚上燈一關裏亮一排紅點。不提供瓶裝水和衣架。地理位置很不錯。

廁所沒有玻璃門！床單被套很臟，臟到洗不掉的那種，開票速度巨慢，不以實際結算開票，與我結算價不一樣！無飲用水，不是純凈水。入住時在前台等了一個小時才有人接待

前台服務態度極差，訂的40平方的房間最後給一個20不到的房間兩間房價格相差過大。找前台前台態度惡劣。藉口多。讓退房間。

沒有客房服務，床單枕套都是黃黃的，衞生間全身毛髮，不提供瓶裝水，住了兩天中間竟然沒有補充一次性用品更換毛巾浴巾
