I recently stayed at this Hotel. i was a decent hotel for the price. Nothing special. However I left Some items mistakenly in the room on check out I immediately called the Hotel. The phone was answered by a person whom couldn't speak English and Unfortunately I am equally as poor at Spanish. I tried to explain that I have left an Item in the room. only to be told. No understand Send Email. So I sent an email only to be told that No item was recovered from the room. Fine. Its my fault for Not Checking. But To all out there looking to Book at this Hotel BE VERY AWARE!!!

Hemos pasado 1 noche en este hotel a la vuelta de un viaje a Madrid. Es un hotel sencillo pero con muy buena relación calidad precio. El personal amable, la habitación limpia y cómoda, parking gratuito y el desayuno completo y de calidad. Recomendable

He pasado una buena estancia con la selección Andaluza en el hotel Iris. Buen personal y muy amable sobre todo María Pérez de recepción. La comida está bien, dormimos muy bien habitación muy cómodas. En general esta todo muy bien. Buenas estancia.

El personal muy profesional,aguantando las quejas de las cenas.Éramos un grupo de 30 personas y cada día las cenas eran peores hasta llegar a comprarnos nosotros mismos algo de comida para cenar.El desayuno justito pero pasable y ,por suerte,las comidas han sido fuera.

Si vienés a Guadalajara este es tu hotel, limpio y cómodo, buen aparcamiento, pero lo mejor es su cafetería restaurante donde tendrás un señor menú en finés de semana por 12€, no te rompas la cabeza buscando, aquí lo tienes todo. Recomendado 100℅ 👍

Hotel recomendado si quieres estar cerca de tu lugar de reuniones al estar en el polígono y con ubicación excepcional para salir rapido a la NII . También recomendado si quieres visitar la ciudad o el entorno, Dispone de todo y lo mejor es su personal, desde su Directora Ana, Mari, Fati, Ismael,..... etc,... hacen que no quieras marcharte

Estuvimos super agusto con la Selección Andaluza de Kickboxing.Estuvimos como en casa muy muy agusto. Las camas muy cómodas, no nos faltó de nada .L@s trabajador@s muy amables, sobretodo María Pérez de recepción y todo el equipo. Volveremos a repetir sin duda.

Muy mala experiencia por la nula empatía que demuestra el hotel en la gestión de mi reserva. No han ofrecido alternativa de fechas debido a mi imposibilidad para asistir y el diálogo ha sido mínimo por no decir inexistente. El primer día que llamé, la recepcionista de ese turno muy agradable. Pero el resto, personal nefasto y cero resolutivo.
