Hotel Nueva York

If you have the chance to go to another hotel, do it. My family and I were looking for hotels to spend the night and we found this one. A very nice girl helped us (the only good thing about it apart from the price). When we entered the room, the humidity was unbearable. The bathroom was not clean and definitely needed a remodel, although in general it was “decent.” We fell asleep, and at 3 in the morning we were woken up by the sound of extremely loud music. We called the front desk and after they turned down the music, we started to hear very loud moans. It should be noted that my little sister was with us and there were many families in the same hotel as us. The front desk did not solve anything despite the calls and the people who went to the front desk to complain. We could not sleep all night. For the price, you can’t ask for much, but they should clarify that it is a motel. In the morning, the staff was rude, so if you are traveling with your family, avoid a bad time and if you can, visit a real hotel.
